well... above all... this is the part of my "job" that i h8te :(

... i tried... (i really did)... but unless i give up ALL sleep for the next 3 days (and even then) there is no way i can make the deadline for the Sep 28th release (the next game update)

i know a LOT of people have been looking forward to this one (even though they have no idea of the great things that await them)... but, it looks like we'all will have to hang in there another week...

so... against all that i have said in the past (again, i hate doing changing release dates after they have been set) the next update will be released on Oct 5th (either @ 12am... or... sometime during the day)

... just remmemba' what i said ... "it will be worth it" .. :biggrin:

ah well, I am sure that it will be a great update, I can hold out for another week. Can't wait to see what kind of things you got planned for the update.

That's not really that bad (for me). I'm gonna be... pressed A LOT for time in the next couple of weekends.

Releasing it on Oct. 5th will give me MUCH more time to work on the stuff that needs to get done before the release date...

Hey, i think we can all wait a week. I have enough essays to write that i wouldn't be able to see the new update til next week anyway!!! By the way, now that you have a week, any chance of puttin' *cough*'s pic in the character screen (considering he was in the original)?

Note: for all that haven't been here in the past 6 months, I have been the sole crusader for all that is Zangief. Besides rallying an amazing 3 votes for him in the last poll, I am also gunning for Zangief's picture to be put back into the character select screen like the original. So far my attempts have been for nought. I know you said Zangief sucks, TMyApp, but shouldn't his glorious face be put back in black and white on the screen like the others? I mean, come on, he is Russian, and does wrestle bears, but more importantly, he is an original.........

I am sure some will, this does sound like it will be a big update to the game. Should be lots of exciting things to look forward to. Just a few hours to go and we can all see what the update brings.
