there should be a reset button in chat room so the rooms wont get full easily besides to many people go in and out...

dominicankid098 01-09-2004 08:12 PM

agree...i have to keep gettin in and out of the chat room especially in a middle of a convo.....

i would have to keep scrolling up/down to see what they are saying....

a reset button should make the chat clear and start over again...too many ppl type at the same time and go in and out constantly

good idea..***CLAPS*** i really think we need that..

Nferno666 01-13-2004 08:07 PM

well it's not a bad idea...but our REAL solution is to get more servers  having 20-30 users in 1 room is no good...

MrPegasus88 01-14-2004 12:00 AM

Yes thats ture we need more servers and maybe fix the laggy thingy. to make it more realiable thats what I recommand.

azncat 01-15-2004 08:39 PM

having more servers isnt bad either....

Nferno666 01-15-2004 08:44 PM

that's really our TRUE solution so if any1 thinks they're up for it post in on the topic in the new features section

Yeah, this happens mostly when you're playing the online version.
But I use downloaded, so the text that people write don't go all the way up, and then you wouldn't have to scroll to read it.
It seems to be easier to read, though, and it's working out nicely.

i think its better off with a *refresh button*

if you think bout it...who gonna transfer bout 300 megabytes a week just to keep 1 chat room up...imagine 5 chat rooms? more chatrooms would just make confusion...sometimes only one chat is up the whole day...

a refresh button would prevent people going in and out of the chat rooms....i like the refresh button idea...hopefully it can work out

marvel911 01-17-2004 09:18 PM

Wait, so this "refresh" button would work something like the one at the top of your internet there..when the chat screen fills up with enough information..it doesnt change until or update until you press the "refresh" button..is that the idea?

300 mb's a week is nothing

I think that a great Idea, refresh the chat button, and have more chat room :p :)

azncat 01-18-2004 09:29 PM

probably we should put another server to... but that would cause a lot of lag....hmm... we should ask a mod or something :p

adding another server wouldn't cause lag...it would make the other rooms less laggy cause the rooms would be more stable with equal amounts of ppl in rooms instead on having 30 cramped into 1 server alone

azncat 01-19-2004 05:07 PM

but what if all servers are closed and 1 is open? there would be to much moving around besides if there were more servers and you had to look for some one youd have to try each one  and that would flood systems

Resident Evil 01-19-2004 05:56 PM

i think we should have an amouth of ppl in one server because all the ppl when they see serve 1 working they all go in the one...we should have more server and an amount of players in one server..
