i will start by asking if it could be done ?

when there is a tournament like the VET TOURNEY, closing the server for those who aren't part of the tourney. like if we are 3 to play in then only the 3 of us can enter in it !

i am asking for that, cause during the VET tourney there was just too much people who had nothing to do there asking for fights and i was like mad at them for i always had to click the damn DECLINE button !

still i don't know if it could be done, and it is only and idea so don't flame or give advice of what i should do, just tell what you think of that idea !

good suggestion, it would be a lot more organized. but someone would have to host that chat server.

we can take 1 of the servers we have all ready and turn it into a tourn. server.we never have ppl in all 3 servers anyway.why not change 1 of them

Because the chat server reliability is...well...crap.

And also it would take TMyApp's constant participation in the orginization of each tourny,in order to set the servers up....wich he undoubly has NO time for,with the development of the game,work,and life in general.

But it is a good idea.

well what tmyappp could do is whenever theres a tournament he could be there and anyone not in the tournament he will tell them to leave or not he will kick them.but i dont think tmyapp would have time to do this 4 ever tournament

;) These ideas sound great but could tmyapp really spare the time to do this we should ask ourselves that or better yet ask tmyapp :)

Actually, a "password protected" (or secret chat) wouldn't take much as far as maintenance...

Just make it "hidden" or so to speak, for a the days of the tournament, then open it back up when it's over (or just change the "password" for the next tournament).

But as it is, there's not enough servers for that matter... :biggrin:

So I doubt that idea's feasible in the near future.
