edit. i understand it...some people believe they are complete, some dont, i think they are complete, sure they could have some minor tweaks...but still mostly complete

None of them are complete.

Ryu: His super hit you in the sky only for Evil Ryu.

M. Bison: He cannot jump properly and he slow lol.

SpiderMan: He use backward Spider Web thats hit you.

Cyclops: cannot high jump properly for me. Need some super move

Chun Li: Cannot high jump properly for me in tag.

Sentinel: Need some more super move :D

Akuma: Fire Ball attack glich. And some more super move.

Wolverine: Sliding Claw and need some more super move.

Well all characters have advantages and disadvantages. We're not exactky adding the characters with the same stats as in other street fighter games developed by capcom. Anyway to be honest I don't quite get what you mean?

I want gambit :(. In classic Street Fighter games Ryu and Ken were more or less the same, THATS GAMBIT AND CYCLOPSE!

Bison's meter takes ages to go up compared to others but... his specials are so powerful. Dunno if he is completed or not. Unless u weaken his specials a bit and increase the meter

OK....heres what i think
Sentinel*needs more specials
Spidey*better spidey senses and the ability to hang on walls for like 5secs
Bison*needs much faster teleport
Chunli*Needs a atttack that can shootacroos the screen
Akuma * needs better kicks,
Wolverine*drillclaw<regular not special> should not require reducing specialbar
Cyclops*optic special in air
Ryu*perfect except needs to be fixed when pressing down back punch in vip for because it uses hadoken actomatically when u jump
*Ken air special like a shinyuken in the air shooting across the screen
And we need another character sOON!
