Ive seen some internet games that are no where near as good as this with an mp3 playable ability.basically you can play your own mp3 off your machine in the game instead of listening to it's music

I think that it would be a pretty cool feature towards the game, and I dunno bout you guys but the fighting music leaves much to be desired.

mute it and use windows media player.

your frames per second might just go down a little.. but heh :biggrin:

Yea man all you have to do is put ur sound off and ur music off and cut on windows media player a bumop thats what i do.

Winamp is better

This would equal, LAG, MORE LAG and ohyah MORE LAG. While the fight is actually starting. Your big file size mp3 would be loading making the game freeze. I reccomend modding the game yourself to do this...If you dont know how then forget it.

well it was an Idea, but I dont like having to go my player all the time because it has weird settings.

and i was sorta thinking you could download your mp3 file into prior to a fight.

Either way, this game is too "lagged" up to do anything extra.

oh man tell me about it....I too scared to even go into hosted fights but thats another bitchy whiny topic..

try using a stereo or cd player next to ur comp and listen to that.

Winamp, its not connected to the internet so no lag, you turn of the sound in the game which makes it less laggy and its easy to use and customize

heh try that ^... i put on a music that i download and i play the game at the same time.. dont work and alot of lag also it slows your whole character on your side..which gives advantages to your opponent..

Lag has nothing to do with any of this... but, i don't think this feature will ever make it to the game...

as said here... all u have to do is turn off the game's music, and play your own via any mp3 player of your choice...

and if that's too much work... well... imagine me programming for 30 hours to please 5 people instead of making a new char *cough*

good point, i defianetely want a new char cuz i just got a cd player next to my comp, and i defientely don't want more music over a new charector.

cuz i don't wnna have to download a new updated version every week, and i wouldn't want to have to go back to the online version and have to wait 30 minutes before fighting after i clear the cookies.

I can't be listening to music while I play this game- i get really distracted and not to mention it would be weird not hearing the SF background noises or the hadoken sounds.. ???

the background music is relaly laggy

i rarely get lag on SFO(i got a cable connection) I like the idea of having ur mp3's when ur playing instead of the music, but i like the music because its the old school street fighter original stage music, but sounding alot better.
