story mode world records(time/points)+official chat room
like story mode high scores or something by time or points a listing would make even more reasons to play. official chat room would cut down on nonsense in 'in-game' chat.

maybe separate scores for tag &non-tag?
maybe separate scores for each character(just reorganized)

I actually think thats a good idea to have a time at the end of story mode on how long it took to complete it and their could be story mode rankings like this.

Im not really feeling your other suggestions but the Story Mode Time Trial is good. Hopefully it might be implemented into the game in the future.

i think it's not worth it no cares about story mode unless to see the ending which is only once or to get rage so i think this idea is really uneccesary

:opinion: who cares about who beats story mode fast...everyone has their own cheap or ez strategy, besides, the only thing that matters is how hast or how great u defeat opponets in games...not the comp

well another idea..ull probably not see as great but like a referral system of some sort, that would allow people to refer others, and get special colored characters if they refer like 1000 people with unique ip addresses or something. that would be good, (not sure if the servers could handle it. they claim to handle..)

another thing especially good for those who cant host(routers,firewall) etc... anyways would be to see status of hosted matches, like how many times a person has successfuly hosted a match(to make sure there is quality), also the current type of match like 1v1 no tag no helpers, etc. so people arent fooled into joining matches and losing, like 2v2 tag, and they get a random partner

maybe under options people select CAN HOST SETTINGS or after 5 matches the CAN HOST SETTING IS AUTOMATICALLY DETERMINED? THIS WOULD ALLOW PEOPLE TO KNOW HOW TO FIND TO BE ABLE TO JOIN A MATCH. It is very difficult to get a good rank without hosting, rank 13 was the best without hosting, rank 2 was my best with hosting(rank4 this summer). perhaps there is a different way of hosting, hopefully somehow more servers will be 'donated?'

Is this supposed 2 be like the real game when u finish it it brings down a list of the top 20 or somethin like dat and tells u ur place?

tmyapp would have to make up another top scores list and it would have to be programmed to come up after your done with the story..and If im not mistaken leftyfb hosts the top scores,these forums,and a couple servers on the game..so that would just be more for him to host unless someone else can host this top scores list..=\
