I've seen a lot of people dressed up as anime or video game characters, (Mostly Japanese people, a COS play?)

remember they had a black guy as the black ranger and an asian girl as the yellow ranger hmmmm suspicious. I thought billy was an odd character I mean he was supposed to be the school nerd, but he was a bruiser as a ranger. |
