OK,...this one took me a couple of hours to figure out..each time someone gets the riddle..ill come up with a new one.

A Hunter leaves his house to hunt a bear, He finds one. He goes 1 mile south, 1 mile East, looses the bear and then goes 1 mile north; back to his house. Where is his house located and what color is the bear?

alamgir 02-17-2005 07:22 AM

His house is 1 mile to the west of where he is now. And the bear is err brown?

Abdoun_bacK 02-17-2005 07:29 AM

Oh ok, somewhere on earth. Specific enough?

~Mastermax~ 02-17-2005 09:58 AM

his house is located on the north pole, no matter where he is his house will aleays be north of his position, thus the bear will be white since it's the artic...

LOL your right....good job.....cheater *cough* ...LOL jk jk

NEW : Your traped in a box, and you have a saw and a peice of wood but the saw and wood and cannot touch the box but they can touch each other, and the box is made out of metal, how can you get out.

~Mastermax~ 02-17-2005 01:19 PM

i haven't heard that one before...

ummmm

if the box didn't cover on the bottom i would say use the saw to cut the wood into a shovel but you didn't specify that well...

Zpower 02-17-2005 02:36 PM

Maybe use the saw to build a ladder to climb out the box?

evilhadoken 02-17-2005 02:40 PM

cut the wood in Half then stick'em back together which then makes a "whole" you go through there and your out. :p

~Mastermax~ 02-17-2005 02:53 PM

if it was that much of a play on words you could just just cut the wood into the letters "O" "U" and "T" and you will have gotten out. and you can't put something cut back together to make a whole once it's cut there is no way to get it completely whole again...

alamgir 02-18-2005 08:27 AM

Ahh what kind of idiot wouldn't use the saw on the box...

DarkKidbuu 02-18-2005 09:38 AM

hmmmm when you say box... do you mean a cube or a square? and is it on the floor or just floating around in the sky? ???

Abdoun_bacK 02-18-2005 11:51 AM

are these supposed to be hard?

i got a hard one...

How quickly can you find out what is unusual about this paragraph? It looks so ordinary that you would think that nothing is wrong with it at all, and, in fact, nothing is. but it is a bit odd. Why? If you study it and think about it, you may find out, but I am not going to assist you in any way. You must do it without coaching. No doubt, if you work at it for long, it will dawn on you. Who knows?

that was easy too. i got 1

a man leave his house in a truck and heads out down a hill with the sun directly in front of him. he crosses a river and moves down a canyon to study wildlife. after about 6 hours, he head out and the sun is to his left now. when he gets back, he transmits his research to a station enjoying the TV at its best hours.

Where is the man?
What was he studying?
What time of day is it from when he left to when he got back?

Abdoun_bacK 02-20-2005 05:39 PM

thats pretty similar to my first one...give me 1 hour and ill get it
