Dude, if the background was transparent it would be really cool. But then you'd have to get rid of all of the AA around Sephy and the logo. But that shouldn't take too long.

3/10 since u made it and if youadd a background it goes to a 5.5/10 and different font goes to 6/10 and tight background goes to a 8/10, but plain make a 3/10 :D

he changed name and he asked a admin to give him back all his posts from his other name, so he does have them...
so yeah he is not a #### !

as for PAINT...
well kakashi... that's just too easy to do even for PAINT !
you may say its paint and not a big paint program... paint has a lot of possibilities and that is just too damn plain. it may be what you wanted, but you cannot expect us to give you a great note on that one. in any case, next time you ask us to rate a banner you made, at least give us something that really gives us a great looking banner, not just some small text and images !
