while in the first server i encountered a player who's name was NI99A KILLER....i dont know his reasons for having such a name but could you please ask him to change it :angry:

yeah... it did, but im not trying to get him/her banned or anything.. just asking them to change thier name thats all.

yeah it says NIGGA KILLA i just added the "99" and i think that it is very racist...

there is no player named "NI99A KILLER"... (i did a search on the entire database)...

... if you get me the real name of this person (there is NO ONE who even has the word "ni99a" in their nick) i will ban his account

please note that with over 600 new users added daily, and over 210,000 users in total, it is VERY hard for me to keep track of these things... you just can't create a global filter for everything out there that would or "might" offend someone...

if however these names are given to me (perhaps via email to keep the forum free of this junk) i will delete/ban those users as long as it is reasonable...

I can relate 1 time there was some one who came in there with the name I hate niggas.People started flaming and cursing on him.I can say this some times rascists do mean things.I also believe some rasicts crave attention and hatred from those they try to persicute.I don't think certain names are appropriate.However tmyapp already gave an answer stating that It just ain't possible to filter every name.I mean he is right look at the list of users man 210,000 users I don't think the server could hold them all at once.Let alone filter them all.I do like the fact that tmyapp took precious time to look into this topics problem.
