i decided to bust out the old super nintendo last night, it took me all night to beat super mario world.
then i started paying top gear,
i'd have to say that top gear has the best songs.

i remember when i was younger i would always play that game, i don't think i ever beat it.
what about Donkey Kong Country. that game was the best.
i woudl spend countless hours playing that game.

I have Super Mario RPG legend of the seven stars, I beat it and got every single thing =/ need help ask me lol -_-' I remember that game so clearly...

i think i sold that game. i have like 20 Snes games

sf2 and mk3 were one the 2 best fighting game snes had,and nightwolf owned for mk3 =/

Chrono Trigger was the best one!!!!!!!! I mean damn!!!!! this story was crazy, the characters, original........they had everything...... :p

Chrono is the poop, i used to love that game. And i also agree with chicken-wing, those games rocked. what about "zelda" a link to the past and "super mario kart" super mario kart was the poop back in the day.

yeah it was good but I finished it fast......... but it was a crazy story......from the light world to the dark world........to agahnim to Ganondorf... :p

yeah it was a crazy game, i just started a new story today. i still remember every little secret by heart. you gotta love that game.

i remember the snes my fav game was super punch out and mega man. but i was more of a sega genesis person sonic phatasy star and streets of rage rule.

Star fox was kewl, They are making a new star fox for Gamecube (starfox 2) a true sequel... Multiplayer story mode and everything

yeah, double dragon was acrazy beat up game........... final fight 3 was good too........and street fighter alpha 2 :D

alpha two was the best. ninja turtles was fun also.

well turtles in time yah..........but I didn't like the tournament one...........it sucked....they didn't do it well.........but Turtle in time owned....... I gotta play that right now :D

TMNT 5 Tournament Fighters was the game that rivalled STREET FIGHTER 2 back int he days !

true to the charcaters, good moves, true to the charcaters, real story just in the series and comics, it was a fliping real big game ! and i loved the fact that big fights that were long enought for you to actually the supers were just awesome ! me and a friend were so knowing each other that we could play for a while ! it was one of the best fighting game ever made for SNES !

oh and by the way, the graphics were even better then STREET FIGHTER 2

DRAGONBALL Z HYPER DIMENSION (Blast duels were missing)

so many, there are still a lot of them that were awesome...
FINAL FIGHT 2 and 3 were just amazing !

first beat em up on SNES that had MULTIPLE pathways and multiple story ending !

man, was that a great console !

for those who didn't knew...
RPG wise, the SNES was way better then the genesis cause of the consoles architecture !

SNES equlaed SLOwbut BIG GRAPHIC CAPABILITIES
GENESIS equaled VERY FAST, but LOW GRAPHIC CAPABILITIES

that is the why both consoles kinda had a drawbetween them.
NINTENDO were most focused on RPGs while SEGA was more on FAST ACTION PACED games !

too few games on GENESIS made me want one... that's whjy i wasn't addicted to it !
one great game on it tho, was COMIC ZONE, man, could never defeat that last boss and save the girl at the same time ! tho i think i did it once i never was able to do it again !

oh well, great times comes and goes too fast. i still play SNES and NES games oon my DREAMCAST today, just to show that i love it so much !

I have that game on my pc.
Beat it a million times, expecially saving the girl everytime, named Alysia Cyan or something?...
Anyways, the last boss....
That old dude with the smoking pipe. He isn't that hard after you learn the secret of beating him in a little time. And having the yellow thing coming up the girl only halfway.
The secret though, I'll give you a hint, has to do with the switch before you get up on second level after you start the fight. Like in the middle of the two levels.
My dad showed me this game on Genesis when I was young.
First he played and went to the last boss.
Then he would go on above where the girl was trapped, and would fight there with the old dude a.k.a. Mortus.
Then again, I did that technique over and over and let the girl drown, since I didn't have enough time. My curiousity took over me one day, then I stumbled on the switches' effects.
Blast fire coming out from the jets on the bottom level.
The boss was on the bottom when I pressed the switch.
He got hit, then yelled loudly in pain, like some kind of monster.
After a few times of flipping the switch, hitting Mortus, he suddenly came on his knees and was destroyed.
The last part, with the flying deadly rats, (Forgot what they were called.) is really easy. Kick them twice in the air.....
When you're finished beating up the boss with the jets on the bottom level, and have defeated the flying rats afterward, a switch will appear by the chamber the girl is kept in.
Flip that, and the girl is free!! Then the whole place explodes, you go back into the real world... blah blah blah. All that stuff.
This isn't some cheat I found! But it works good. I did it too many times already, but that game never gets old.
Back to the old days... *takes out old genesis and snes.*

yah, the megaman games were crazy.......... I still play them...... Killer Instinct was crazy.........people didn't like the fact that I could always break their combos.....and always beat them with ultimates or ultras......... Cinder, Orchid, Combo, Eyedol were my favorites.........

the one pip99 showed is the AMERICAN one !

the JAPANESE ONE was not like this !

only two ever existed, one for americas countries and the other for the rest of the world !
i like the design of the american one better tho !
