mods who like to abuse their power...

KingRyu1 got my vote for banning Rest for spamming and not the others who double post or post messages such as lol and thats it.

the only reason Rest posted so much is because his foot is broken and he is inside his house all day for the time being and has been for the past week. all he has been doing is going online to this forum which has been his biggest hobby. and by the way posting actual messages unlike others who double post or just post "cool" but no, kingryu did not warn them but he warned rest even after rest pointed out the actual spammers. but unfortunetly some mods like kingryu blatantly favor some of the older members and let their spamming slip through the cracks...

kingryu banned rest for spamming... rest wasn't posting nonsense on the boards. he is sitting home right now doing nothing due to his injury not like most of you who have curfews and school. you all dont have the time to spend like rest did and he was online night and day and has no decent entertainment but the computer right now.

Can you back that up, Resident? I don't seem to see any spamming posts coming from him either; and I looked. If you're upset because of what he said in your thread in the Tournament section of the forum, then I'm afraid I have to say that you need to get over yourself. Hopefully, I'm wrong in believing that was the cause of your rejection. Either way, I agree with Windarossa that King is really just tossing him around in different directions; whether or not the reason is to seem like he is actually doing his job, is something I'm not going to try and figure out.

I'd just like to point out that any DECENT moderator would know that banning someone for saying that another moderator is unfair is against the rules, and is not to be done. Windarossa is safe from any bannings until he actually breaks a rule. Only a foolish and very paranoid moderator who looks for popularity through power would ban a person otherwise.

rest spam all over in every topic.. its like if i make a thread and i need help he comes in and said blah blah blah...as in spamming and he aint helping. for example this topic:

Please keep in mind he posted day and NIGHT, he didnt just do it all in one hour. He is 17 and has posts on school nights at 3 in the morning. He is home all day do to an injury so he periodically visits the forum non stop. This is what he loves, don't persecute him for it. He was a fair poster, he just visited often and had so much time on his hands to post on all topics he could put his word in. you never saw his posts on Vets of 2001 topic. rest sent complaint letters to TMyApp AND Kingryu1 about these warning but KINGRYU1 never responded to his pms and neither did TMyApp to resolve this. Restavega even donated 10 dollars after the incident to show respect for the game. he purely donated it for the good of the game. he has more respect for this game then to spam like an idiot

false, you broke the first rule in this forum which is to respect others ! you directly insulted and bragged about KINGRYU1, and the others aren't better by bragging about RASTAVEGA which i should say didn't really spam if i must compare him to many other members which i saw. but fact are fact, he got shot down for a reason, because of something he did.

compare it to real life, how many of you did get a warning from the police because of something you aint have done ? not many... so please, no more disrespect, you got something to say, say it ! but keep in mind that disrespect is reason enough for all ofus mods to actually ban your sorry asses !

Vega did not just say 1 word or sentence stuff like me, he actually used up his time and effort to maKE all those banners and avatars, you know, the screen shots, the pictures, the captain america thing, the sabretooth thing, the gay looking chinese-probably Fei Long geezer, That man does PROPER stuff, not just short crap like pip99 does these days. :angry:

you only get banned for doing things such as spaming or anything else against the rules, maybe u should check the rules out everytime u post before you post or start jugging mods, i think kingryu is doing a great job with his as a mod, i dont think tmyapp would make him a mod if he didnt think he would be a good mod, but then again he could have paid him and please its only 3 days :buttrock:

rest its just lucky he is a vip.. tmyapp doesnt want any vip bann.. and if he was a non vip he would of gotten ban for ever.. but the vip status saved him...

the VIP Stat doesn't matter if he save him to be banned for 3 days. I could do something bad and get banned 4evr. It's always better to read the rules. That why when you register, a rules list pop up, but people ignore it and don't know what it say. That y member that has 1-3 star read the rules. It saves ur life from getting banned

First of all, Restavega didnt just dismiss kingryu1's warnings. he sent him pms asking why it is happening to him and pointing out other spammers. and get this KINGRYU1 NEVER SENT ANYTHING BACK. Now your telling me this is a good mod? KingRyu1 had no liable excuse for not warning those others spammers and just seemed to have a grudge with my Rest.

And your talking about insulting SSJKARMA? KingRyu1 and Resident Evil were drawing first blood against Restavega by calling him an idiot. So don't talk about flaming or insulting. Show me once where he went off topic befores others didn't? Funny thing is other people would be ridiculously going off topic, then Resta would make a post and King would attack him for it. lets just put it this way.. KingRyu had something against rest and used his powers to shut him up. and now no one can do anything but suck up to their "Kingy"

its not the short 3 day ban... it's the principle. we can't keep letting these mods abuse their power when they have favoritism along with it.

No we cant just let people who have joined a week or so ago gallavanting around posting and talking back to people, when they have no right or respect to do so.

So Rest should've sat back and let himself be called names... Rest never even talked back to KingRyu1 in an insulting way (even though KingRyu1 openly insulted him). Who he did talk back to was Resident Evil and pip99. Restavega should have talked back to king after kingryu1 abused him along with his childish name calling which was absolutely unnecessary.

He closed the topic because Rest had his foolish question answered about the "higher VIPs" and he still continued to think that this was feasable! I think that you lot are mistaken about the different grounds on the forum where things are more and less allowed then others... For example: VIP forum isnt the same as RI, and the way his topic was going on, it seemed like it could be!

How am I disrespecting KingRyu1? I am speaking the truth. The only person with disrespect is KingRyu1 by calling Rest an idiot and now you are backing KingRyu1 (which is beyond me). There is never any reason for this belittling and that is what KingRyu1 did to Rest but Rest was speaking up for his actions (in a defensive fashion, no name calling) and pointing out the spammers... that's why Rest was banned by your "Kingy."

funny thing is.... You say KingRyu1 and other admins don't reply sometimes... yet he had time to warn Rest in a PM a week ago and he banned him yesterday instead of discussing it in the pms Rest sent him back. Rest sent kingRyu pms atleast 4 days before the incident. KingRyu1 didn't have time to answer his pms, just had time to ban him? this is not a PM that was about "How was your day?" or "Whats TMyApps email?". this was about something severe that Rest want to talk to KingRyu1 about.

I am just getting my point accross just fine.

Even if I did go to this court topic, KingRyu1's actions can not be refuted by other mods. When you are a mod you cannot overule another mod. And Saijin, I saw your great spamming post in the millenium tournament topic along with pip99's post "lol Im happy".

Resident: Being a VIP should change the rules. If what you said is true, then it is favoritism; which, in this case, means that everyone does have a right to be hateful toward Vip's.

This is not justice; this is just an excuse to ban someone. Honestly: "He posted too much."; can you tell me how much is too much? And was it ever nonsense? Can you also tell me how many of you posted much worse when you first started on the forum? I know I wasn't a prize when I first came in here. But were you or I ever banned for posting too much sense on the forum. Honest questions, and posts from the pure mind are never to be persecuted; particularly because I remember a lot of people stating things in topics (most of them being moderators) like "There is no such thing as a stupid question".
You want to know something very honest? Kingryu may be a moderator, and he may be someone that a few of you look up to, but he is not a great role model. He is the total opposite of a good role model. He is pompous, and somewhat greedy, egotistical, and very saucy as well. As a moderator, you'd think he'd care just a little more about others; but he didn't change much at all.
From what I can see and interpret, he is too busy being grumpy, and rude to care about anyone at all. And if you can prove me wrong, as in, show me proof that he has changed his priorities of caring towards others in this forum to be a much more thoughtful person, then know you will shock and/or amaze me. It would be razzmatazz for you to do that.

The people of this community deserve to know what is going on and that this belittling can happen to anyone with some mod/s floating around. I keep resieving pms from people telling me they are with me on this and that kingryu1 was wrong, but unfortunatly nothing can be done. If you are with me and know that this was unfair than why don't you do something about it, instead of just sending me your sorries and threats to end this topic!

restavaga is now on probation (a sugar coated name for BANNED because rest can barely post anywhere) because I spoke out and other people supported me. Goes to show you if you fight against something or someone that has done something openly cruel and irrational, things will be done (one way or the other).

So.. does anyone have any mods on their minds that like to abuse their power? (not necessarily a BAD thing... but I definitly have a mod on my mind). And don't tell me that's "Just the way they are" as their defense.. no reason at all for such actions. I thought a mod wasn't supposed to involve his own personal beliefs with his work. When your a mod you keep enforcement of rules, no more. It's about breaking the rules and being punished, not disliking someone that has different views and attacking them because you simply can. This KINGryu does not have absolute power.
