To tell you hte truth......Ken has really great kicks, and Ryu has really great punches! Ken is great for close range fighting, while Ryu is good for long range fighting! So I think they both would be a tie. :( ??? :D

ken and ryu are exactly the same except for in appearance. they are equal.

actually ryu's projectiles are better than ken's but kens physical moves ( shoryuken,hurracane kick) are better than ryu's

they're not equal.
while ken was out training on how to perfectly execute his moves faster and harder, ryu was meditating and concentrating on his overall power.
ken is faster and a little stronger, but arrogant.
ryu is balanced and calmly powerful, and has a more powerful hadouken.
