Okay I think there should be a certain age you have to be to play this game, because I am really noticing the increasement in dumb ass people here which are like in grade 8. Now I think the age group should be 13+, because really which 30 year old would act like Max??

If TMyApp put a Mature rating on the game then it could be only 18 and over to play ;)

But...how on earth would he be able to check peoples age on the game? I guess he could take credit card numbers...but I'm 19 and it is so hard to get any Credit, I'm FINALLY getting one with the help of my college. But I don't think to many would give out there C/C number ;)

Easy, but a age mark on the place where it says Username and Password. The engine saves the information and you are alwasy directed to your age server. The first time you come on this site you wouldn't know it is a trick until it is to late.

What would the age minimum be, though? I am currently 17 (I will be 18 in January), and it is pretty hard to tell that from the way I conduct myself. Rather than there be an age minimum, why not have a maturity rating given to each user by the MOD, or possibly have it voted on by other users in the bracket. A lack of maturity knows no maximum age.

This does raise the question: how old is everybody?

i dont think there should be an age limit on the forum but i think maybe seeing as zing is in moderator mode maybe he should do something about the foul language used on the forum

if you put an age restriction on people are just gonna lie about ther age and also some of the complete idiots who play this game are adults who never grew up mentally. i mean i'm only 13 and i somtimes act more mature than some of the adults on this game

You see how this is working like I said? Just because somebody is young doesn't mean they are foul-mouthed insolent assholes. This brings up again that a maturity rating should be put onto each user, determined by the MOD or voted on by others. Really immature people have to stick to their own kind, mature people with their own, etc. The really immature shouldn't be allowed to vote; that way they can't cheat and just all vote one of their friends up a level.

If TMyApp is already doing this (I don't know), then all is good. Don't totally get rid of the immature people; just relocate them in the chat room structure.

While I think that idea is a good one, it would probably require a lot of work for the mods (seeing that we get limitless newbies every day).

agreed. ones maturity and intelligence cannot, and should not be judged according to age. ive been mistaken for an adult, or someone of a later age because of my maturity, and way i speak...well, type.

you guys are right people should be judged on maturity and not age on this game and since i've been playing this the most immature people who play this game seem to be the people called player#

Selvin, I am 14 and I am going to year 9 next year. Selvin, how old are you? If you are grown up and finished college, etc, its easy for you to suggest just about anything. Teens my age get all sorts of restrictions and it wouldn't help if you enforce more. :angry:

Im 15 and the only time i talk trash is when trash is talked to me. and the deal with foul language.. doesnt that contradict the game rating if it was changed to mature?(18+).of course it is very anoying when a newbie won't stop bitching.

I think it depends on what the person did that is to the dislike of the MODs.

There are some young skillfull players that can beat up older people..........so age really isn't important....but I don't think 9 year olds could beat me.....but then who knows......Mayeb he's a kid with no life and likes to play video games all day and he can whoop your ass.....

I dont think age matters in this game. People just come to have fun or talk trash to other people, because the like seeing people get pissed. If TMyApp had a certain age thingy (like 18 or older you probably wouldnt be able to play unless you were 18). Which would really suck, people would be mad, I sure would because im ONLY 13!!!!! I come bacause i have nothing to do, withpu this game i would be bored to ####!:(

A young person doesn't need to have no life from constant game-playing to beat a skilled player. It is possible that they can just get the hang of the game much faster than most users.

Yeah, I guess you are right Dan, as I just started this game a few weeks ago and I am already in the high score. Nonetheless, I know I am slightly above average and need a lot of improving. :biggrin:
