When will there be 3000 members? Give the date.
When will there by 20000 posts? Give the date.

To make it even harder, try to give the time of day, or even a specific hour it will happen.

to try and guess this answer, you'd have to find out the average number of new users per day, and also the average number of posts for each day. by time one figures that out, your goal would have already been reached. Unless, of course, Zing or one of the administrators can find these numbers out for us...

Just use the starting month of August as the first value. In amount of time that has elapsed since August, that many users and posts were created. It is a simple equation, but you can be a little wrong. To find out what time specifically the board started, check the first post in each section.

I estimate that in 37 days, 17 hours, 31 minutes, and 12 seconds there will be 3000 members.
I estimate that in 17 days, 1 hour, 33 minutes, and 36 seconds there will be 20000 posts.

Hope I wasn't too accurate with my estimations.

i would say like an average of 60 posts a day and about 20 new members or so a day

I actually calculated it, you know... IF the rate of posting remains constant, then my answer will more likely than not be correct.

Oh, wow. Talk about patience :shocked:. Actually, my guess came from the past two days. Yesterday there were around 17500 posts, and today there were over 18000 posts. Therefore, i figured about 300-500 posts a day.
