cyclops would win because everyone who uses him is cheap with him. All you need to do to win a game with cyclops is be able to do opticblast fast. THATS IT!!!!!!!!!

even though im good wit ryu...i still say cyclops...cuz eventually the cyclops user could be a cheap ass and optic blast u to death...
