oh and akuma is more different from Evil Ryu because he does not say hou when he does a fire ball or hadoken

all of those moves are the same as evil ryu's and changing the noise when he fires a haduken dont change no difference ???
so i think that he shall the triple shin shruyken (like ken)
and more effective Tenma GouZankuu
but no raging demon seeiong as e.ryu has that and needs some difference to akuma!!

pfft this fool knows nothing of Akuma. Scorp said it right Akuma does not do the Shinkuu-hadouken (Vacuum Surge Fist).
Akuma performs the Messatsu Gou Hadou (Destructive Murderous Great Surge) Down Back 2p. Same as Shinkuu Hadouken except with purple Ki and it's weaker and the time is
shorter.

Looks like Evil Akuma got banned.... Probably from posting double or triple a lot. *tsk tsk*
