you mean like roms? well http://emumania.com/html/frames/sp/cps2.htm has mostly all street fighter roms for arcade emulaters as well as some other roms.

No not roms just sites of some streetfighter games and character moves

gamegen is only reliable for pics, go here gamefaqs.com and search for whatever SF you want...
