the final answer from TMyApp was this...
this is a FIGHTING game nothing more and it's not gonna be an RPG either, thou it is possible to do such a thing, it would break the balance in the game and people with way higher level wouldn't have fun fighting LOWER fighters !

this wasn't exactly what he said, i can't remember it well, but that said it all. even in ALPHA 3, i was like fighting my friend with LVL25 RYU against his LVL4 GUILE and believe me, it was no fun at all. he had too much difficulty to beat me, and we are equall in fighting skills ! no if it is too be like that then this game will simply lose all his interest as HIGHER people will not fight lower people and this game will fall apart !

anyway, that's only what i think !

This time im with Sk8terFox. He made a good point about the ppl that play alot. I dont think that it would be fair if someone got a really high amount of levels...or something that increased his strengths would be fair. Now if it was a move that was different then the rest of them but still did the same amount of damage as the other moves did, then it wouldnt be so bad.

its already unfair with lag..and u wanna go do that... ;) so but nah kid

just for my two cents: leave levels and experience to the
RPGs. Plain and simple. You have acess to all the moves that
you can remember how to do and there aren't 'special' moves
you should learn over time, that would take away the quality
of xmvssf.
