Where is the honor ?

I got here when the first top score was reset.
Fought ppl like Profe$$or and other vets (then i was a noob),
Ppl who fought with honor and skill.
Now its just optic blast, hadokens, flash kicks, drill claws and
the returning to server (oh so famous) from top ranked rank hungry ### (cant call the then fighters).
But i must say there are still some player who die with honor (a rapidly dying breed)

i know what you mean. i came here in early march. i fought greats such as TarkanX, Nferno666, and many others. but this place is dieing. i have gained a high status in this community fast. yet i dont use it for my own glory. i use it to help others. but the only other vet that really did that was. TarkanX may his name live on.... :(

that is why, we ML have devoted our clan's name to destroying dishonour and bringing fair fighting to this game(well, sort of ??? , lol).

Honor is a rare thing. When Nferno666 left I pretty much stopped playing against people, and stuck to practice mode. I haven't played competitively since maybe February or March.

I saw PaMaLio fighting a few days ago

yup there sure aint no more honor in the game no more. when u show some one the respect of not attcking them when they do there superhaduken and u super jump behid them. they dont show u the same respect.

??? Listen to yourselves you state there is no honor...then you must consider yourself a person without honor. The way I see is this most of us here since about the Earlier part of 2002 are the future vets of this game.........

What we do makes the XMVSSF community change. So you say there is no honor fighters amoung noobs....then you just show dishonorable fighters that if you (Hehe hey Supersonicx I'm going to us your quote...ok) fight with speed and honor......you will always win.

(I mean win overall not just that match....ok)

I've been here since November and I'm not going anywhere no matter how the game turns out... but I'm just an 18-year-old who uses the name of a character most people (at least it seems) think is gay, so it isn't like I am listened to when I tell people to show respect and honor.

lol, well, i'm going to leave this game. not sure when, but eventually, i might come back every year or so after, but ppl will probrably have forgotten me since i'm not that important. :laugh:

i just hate it when its to many rookies not enough pro's

I agree with SBYRD5. He makes a very good point. Think about it, When Tarkanx and all of the vets of this game first played this game they still encountered noOObs.

Ive heard so many ppl's oppinions about how back in the old days the fighters were better. You guys that say that are saying that the newer age fighters just plain suck. They will soon learn to fight as well as any other fighter here at the XMvsSF community in time.

We will have other vets. This game will always be full of nOoObs so we just have to live with it..it will never change.

To all the vets that are leaving: good luck with whatever your doing now.

no, it doesn't work that way. back then there weren't any n00 bs, 90% of new ppl were ######s, but i guess ppl are getting dumber everyday.

Im not a vet but i do play with honor. You can ask anyone that i have fought. I will someday become a great vet but for now ill keep playing the game with honor and skills. I sure do wish that i could play Tarkanx one more time :(

Knowing him, he'll probably pop back up several months from now when there are more characters and hopefully the genocide of the race simply known as the immature one-stepper has been completed.
