We are reaching a milestone in our community--the death of one site, the birth of another. In order to avoid past mistakes and problems, to keep law and order intact in this community, and to make this as enjoyable as possible, TMyApp has made a decision. From now on, there will be fewer warnings, and more bannings. If you dont read the forum rules, its your own damn fault. If I warn you, be very grateful, because I might have just as easily banned you...

Unsure of what the rules are? I STRONGLY suggest you go and study up on them...you slip up, you get banned...in the past, I have noticed that vets and VIPs get treated less harshly--I do this too...its hard to be strict on someone you respect. But from now on, it dont matter who you are, you slip up, youre gone.

I dont want to be mean, but this is the way it has to be. Doing this may cause a few confused new people to be banned, but it will also keep another "dark ages" from falling upon this forum again.



Oh, and i want to warn you all--if you post here, you better be DAMN sure it follows all the rules, cause breaking a rule in an official topic? BAAAAD idea...

well, there is things that i really want to know for sure !

first of all, why is M0NEY and G@ME filtered with TIME and SITE ?
i really don't see the need for those !

well, i'm not th ekind to bypass filters, but if ya want to explain a few thigns to someone, wouldn't it better if ya can dodge them just for that purpose ? i mean its just common sense that explaining something surelly need you to have the right words ! tho i'm not referring to cursing or flaming !

ut there are words in the filter that could really be UNFILTERED ! such as those above !

Ok..so lets say you get banned for doing something that went against the rules...Do you eventually get to come back, or is that name gone forever? (by the way..an answer will do, not an experience)

Good Idea. I guess. The xvssf population will become faster sooner so Tmy wont need as many chat things. And does this mean the site is back online. If so does that mean marvel agreed to let TMy do this site.

everyone makes a minor mistake; this is true. Im not talkin about goin slightly off topic every now and then; if its a borderline case, you get warned, and from then on, you better not make ANY misakes....

you break any major rule, though, like the banner size/content rule, the emulator rules, porn rules, password rules, etc, youre gone....you think theres a mistake? contact us.....Ip bans wouldnt occur unless it was a HUGE problem...or if it was a repeat problem--we ban, and you make a new name


As for village idiot, heres why you REALLY dont wanna become one....
first, your profile changes are disabled....your group is now a large and pink "village idiot"....your member title becomes whatever we want--one guy is a "scrounging bastard child"...in the active user lis, well, its ugly....you cant post everywhere....your sig says whatever we want, as does your avatar, which could be anything, and it wont be nice...and since you cant edit your profile, you cant change this....

sephiroth, you CANNOT edit yourt profile... Unless you want all that info sittin in your profile indefinately (NOT a good idea,big security risk :biggrin: i reccomend you shape up...

you can no longer start new topics, view VIP section, or view the links section, edit your posts, hide your email, edit your profile, delete your profile, or post without mod approval...you also cannot use the search feature...
dont think of creating a new account, either, because if this one becomes inactive, i will assume you do not care about regaining our respect, and i will just do an IP ban. (the info will still be there)

i did nothing illegal to get that info; as sephiroth well knows, its his own damn fault i got that info....that aint to say i couldnt have found it elsewhere, because the search engine i use is VERY comprehensive. If youve EVER given out ANY info about yourself on the web, sharing it is legal (unless the sharing is done by the site itself, and it has a privacy policy)....

in anycase, if youve shared any info EVER, then rest assured i can find it fairly quickly.

ok, what viper posted in SEPHIROTH signature (aka his home address) aevery single person with WINDOWS can find it out on his own !

try this...
you get the IP ADRESS of the computer he's using.
once you get that, click on START then RUN. then type in TRACERT xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx where the Xs are the number that forms the IP adress of the person. then press ENTER

what you'll get is the number of STEPS from SERVER to SERVER that his connection did to get to yours. the ending position is actually the true ADDRESS of the person, which means, you'll get his IP again, with his ISP name, which includes the CITY he is in, the country he is in and the likes.

to get PHONE NUMBER and the likes. he normally would have to get those info from the ISP itself !

so i have no clue how he got that info !

see, you think INTERNET is PRIVACY itself, but it has never been ! because of what ? IP ADRESSes which cannot be hidden by any means !
if you pass thru a VIRTUAL HOST. sure we won't see your IP adress, we'll see the one of your VIRTUAL HOST, but if we trace you like i mentionned. we'll be able to differentiate you from your VIRTUAL HOST thus finding your true host !

in a nutshell, i don't trust internet for privacy !

so, i suggest that you clowns (kids) that think they are just cyber nicknames while on the net, think otherwise cause just by your IP address, i'll be able to get down to your house and find you then kill you if i wanted to !

so don't act like bigshots if you don't want those acts of yours get backfired at ya !

nah, ISPs have the law on their sides and unless you give them a big big reason to tell you who was on at that time, there is no way to get your complete address, just the country and city !
