I was fighting this person and I could've won until when I killed his first character and had his second character's life really low all of the sudden they both get revived!! This made me mad, what can we do to prevent hackers like this?

I noticed these things such as in 1on1 matches somehow ppl get 2 ppl on there team and i only have 1. Also this re-health thing. I was playing JeviP and the same thing happened. His life bar went back up to full health. dubya tee eff? someone tell me that all of this is lag...and not a way of cheating.
