AS many might have noticed, we have started to put together an evergrowing list of forum rules. It really should not have come to this, but this is what is needed at this point. Read them and commit them to memory. Anyone going beyond any of these rules is automatically banned with no explination.

One Rule I want taken care of immediately is the banners. Read the rule, look at the size/content explination.

You people have 1 week to fix up the banners. Anyone found with banners not following this rule will be banned.

I used that example banner as my banner, is that ok with you? I think it looks cool for some reason

That banner width is actualy far to wide for people viewing the game on a 15" monitor.

It also causes the persons entire post box to extend beyond normal.

Personaly I beleive the size of my signature image is large enough. You can fit a good amount of content within it's dimensions. It is after all...just a signature image on a post...this aint no art gallery...or is it? :D

yeah U lobve it but U can't post animated gifs in a post.......it's one of the forum rules so U better respect it.......... :biggrin:

i hate those who signe IN POST.
at least the banner can be turned off !
that's what i did.

but being able to put ANIMATED GIFS in our post, is just plain acceptable i think !
i mean if the person stay right with it and don't abuse it like putting a animated pics of akuma doing gou shin hadoken when his post is about MK !

i made one for my web site and i made it in my signature but that's only for those who see it !
i think banners are bad !

i like banners cuz it shows the creativity of some ppl .. theyr cool :D

what do you think about the flash banners? I made one and misread the specs (200W by 400H) and made one that was 400 wide and 200 high lol. I think we should be able to use 400x200 or 200x400.

why would they complain about a gif?

There is a size limit to howbig your banner can be. These days, everyone breaks that size limit but since it doesn't bother anyone and no one ever goes too far past the limit, it's okay.
