umm their is no game their...it's all talk and no show. what's he gonna sue for? he didn't make the game to make a profit...if he did then all the money he makes for it would go straight to marve|/capcom. it's just some wannabe person who is trying to copy the game which is NOT gonna happen since he doesn't have the source code/game engine for the game itself.

Nferno the guy stated that he hopes the game become a big hit and I also emailed him too through byond and I have been playing byond for like 7 months now and when that comes it and just say forum that means that they are still working on the game. |

HE/she can't copy SFO, as its TMyApp's game and he has all the codes etc. Anyon who comes to this site will easily know that the game wasn't made by that guy.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't see anywhere where that person said "I made this game," or "I'm making this game," or "This game has been developed by me" or anything of that nature. Many other places hold link to SFO, yet we don't say they are taking credit for it. What statement on that website says that this person is taking credit for SFO? Now, I'm judging simply by that pic you showed us, so I could be wrong, but I honestly see nowhere that gives him credit for the game...

Look at the developer page and find that gauys name and it shows every game he has made on the site. |

its not the fact that no one will bvelive him its the fact that he is saying its his .... think of it as plagiarism. this guy says he made it ("wrote it") and is trying to take credit for it. it doesnt mater if there is or isnt a game its the fact that hes saying he made it or is making it. TMyApp if youask me if youwork this correctly and the guy doesnt take down the statements hes making then u can defintally work the situation in ur favor. per say a fine to him for "internet plagiarism" i mean i know u work ur ass of for this game and im proud to be a VIP i hope in the future i can hepl out more but i mean send the guy an email saying to take down the false information and if he doesnt then fine him er something man u deserve the money for all the crap u put up with and all the hard work u have to do.
