The purpose of this topic is to see what ya'all think this even would be. TMyApp has said times without number.. and if I could get a dollar for everytime he's said that this would be the biggest event in SFO, I'd have more money than I have in the bank right now... err... not really :biggrin: Anyway, for some reason, he's even kept the details from everyone including the mods/admins (for now.. that is :biggrin: )... so I think it'll be fun if we speculate for now on just what exaclty this event would be about. And yeah.. that wolverine DOES look suspicious... but I dunno, it could just be something to throw us off. I really can't sayy... the fact that the word "Weapon X" circles around Wolverine... if it is indeed as big as TMyApp said it would be, I doubt if Wolverine would be the main spin on the whole thing. Then again, I don't know jack.. so I could be blabbering :biggrin: |
Well it is about time Wolverine gets his other 2 hyper moves:
WeaponX and Fatal Claw A little information about those two moves. -------------- WeaponX: Wolverine starts extracts his claws, even though they're already out and says, "Let's go, bub!" and runs towards the opponent and, if he connects, he'll start an auto-combo, similar to Captain America's Final Justice, and after the end of the combo, he'll jump over the opponent, leaving an 'X' shape with his claws, one of the most flashiest Hyper Combos of all his moves. This game can be performed on the ground only. Fatal Claw: A most unusual move, Wolverine crosses his claws and jumps forward, leaving a giant 'X' shape and if your enemy happens to be in the vicinity, they'll be struck multiple times, this is a move you HAVE to combo in, it's too hard to use it as a regular move. Like Spiderman, Sentinal and The Shotos who he fell under the Rage Factor (yes, I read old SFO News from before i played to stay current). i mean come on guys, this event been announced for the last 3 years ! 3 fliping years guys, its not just a wolverine new super moves, it s a whole new concept that i am sure of. true blanka09, tmyapp doesn't tell us much of this events, for the fact that its an event EVERYONe will like, not only the vips... the VIPS, the MEMBERS, the MODS everyone will just like it, its gonna be a whole new engine that i am sure of , if not then it could be a new character or even worst 3 to 4 new characters. new helpers, new levels, new moves, the end of the rage and evil scheme we all fell for a few months ago when DOR came live ! it could also include a whole new grabbing system and a whole new deal, an overhaul of the already made moves to make them even more precise. how about a whole new engine capable of running and managing lag even betterly then we have now ? come on guys, think big... its a 3 year old event after all ! |
I agree with Karma. DWX has been sitting there in the storyline ever since SFO has been up from what I can remember, so this has got to be an event that is going to shape the SFO community forever. For better or worse, LONG LIVE SFO!

Think big, but you've gotta put it all in perspective. TMyApp is obviously not gonna buy new computers and erect new servers and a whole new game engine for this... well, may be he will O_O... but heyy, you never know. That's the purpose of this topic.
I really don't know what to think. On one hand, there's the wolverine for all of us to see, and then on the other hand, it's a 3 year event; that however, doesn't erase the fact that it might be about Wolverine alone... it's "Weapon X" for reason, and there's no other character I see related to Weapon X but Wolverine :biggrin: |
... in my defense.. there were other "events" released in the last 3 years (not to mention "engine changes" and other... err.. "marve| problems") ... so... it's more like 3 years "on and off" :biggrin:

Maybe there'll be something new like DWX factor where you get DWX versions of your characters as well as evil versions. Maybe there'll even be some more chronicles for something.

Iam reaLLY sure there will be a new character added, i have no doubt in my mind there WILL BE a new character. But a 3 yr event, wow..alot of changes can be made to this game, a whole new format with arieal royals, NO lag or reduced, recording 2 on 2 , obviously a different story line. But i have a question....

Yeah games will probably improve. There should be less bugs/glitches and with a bit of luck less lag.

Blanka09, maybe not that much yeah, but this being only about WOLVERINE, did you even read the story with BISON, did you even read the DWX CHRONICLES...
clearly its not just wolverine that is in this event, mainly all characters are its an event as much as nots was and since tmyapp says its gonna be the biggest event never known, then i can clearly think that this is gonna be more then NOTS was. so yeah i think its gonna be a new kind of engine and new characters with new moves, probably new levels and new helpers maybe new musics or the return of the POWER WITHIN music ! :colgate: EDIT: i just remembered that TMyApp one day years ago told that in weapon X we could suppose that wolverine would get a whole new WEAPON X move and even CYCLOPS would go WEAPON X. as in they wouldn't turn evil but instead become WEAPONX CYCLOPS and WEAPON X WOLVERINE ! that might just be a bit of nothing it might have been him throwing us off back then but i am sure both of these chars will get their last moves which we want so much. as WOLVERINE'S WEAPONX and CYCLOPS AIR GEOMETRIC BLAST Edited By SSJKarma on 1113925815 |

SSJ has a point (with the Weapon-X Wolverine and Weapon-X Cyclops). Since they have a big part in the story, they can have like their own style. It can be similar to a dark form, but it isn't dark. This is just a guess but I think its true after what Karma said. |
