ok I never fought him but from what I've heard and seen in the top archive Tarkan was a talented fighter and lots of people say that he is a tough player so I'll vote for him......

I wasn't back in the "old days", but judging from the statistics I have about each person (usually rumors/facts/thoughts about the fighters along with the past archives) I have to say.... Dan Hibiki.

TarkanX, the living legend of this online game !

i fought him (only one i succeded to fight !) he was like, HAND-TO-HAND fighting, able to chain supers and lots more HONORABLE fighter i had ever fought !

but it is way more than that !
- he won 3 tournaments ! (2 by default but what the hell, he won them)
- he trained people and cause of him, we now have more skilled fighters
- he's respectfull, he never goes ballistic on someone.
- he helped me when i first came in, as in helping me understand the basics of this game !
- i like talking to him !

those are reason enough to say, YOU DESERVE that LEGEND you became !

Ive played them all except a few of them. They definitly have much more skills then the new fighters. Um... my vote would have to go to TarkanX. He was a great fighter and was kind enough to train people. I dont remember a time where he wasnt nice to me. He was a really nice person. His skills were great too. :)

well, i gave it to him based on the fact he gave me a few hard as a son of a gun fights, i think Tarkan Would agree on that point. but also like me, LordCryis wasn't active for a long period of time. so i knew no one would vote for him :(
