wat's the diff?

heh

Iplay2win 07-22-2004 07:19 PM

ok here we go

the bigger the size: the slower the game runs

the smaller the size: the faster it runs

note: if you have fast pc then big or small makes no difference

Hmm...I put it on kinda like a medium size

yup it has better graphics wen teh size is smaller and wen its

small...the game runs faster...

Angel-Eyes 07-23-2004 07:04 AM

i see no benefit of it being big

Are you talking about SFO Wise ?? because this is the Non-SFO Related section..

Well, it really depends on how fast your pc is.. Slow Computer, might not run that good on full-screen, but may run good with the screen small.. Fast Computer, runs good full-screen and small screen.. Thats my words..

I play with the screen small because it shows good, and plus if i select full-screen, it would not show that good.. don't know why =/ ..

Note: I have the d/l version of the game

So, there ya have

yeah when the screen is small it goes faster but when it is big it goes slower so try putting it small if you have it big

^XD, I think the point has already been made many times (it's alreays good to help out though).. (for bob)The reason why it looks so bad when the screen is big, and stretched is because... It causes the pixels to spread, thus.. Making the screen look blurry, and bad..

Bob~Marley4004 07-23-2004 01:58 PM

um.. My full-screen doesnt work that good, I guess its like because i have the d/l version of the game.. or its just my d/l version of the game..

When i select the full-screen it shows in the Top left corner corner of the screen and its not full-screen.. Well, I think if you have a good comp that maintains a (40.0000) fps and has an good video card, you will have know probs with playing the game full-screen.. I have tested it out on 2 comps that maintain a (40.0000) fps and a good video card and when i selected full-screen on the web version, i had no props with pixels spread out..

--Killer Xstant comp and my comp..

Off Topic: does your show like that??

online version owns downloaded version....... :buttrock:

Hollis 07-23-2004 02:03 PM

^^Nope, I don't have that problem.. I really thought that you were saying... "Why it looks so bad when it gets bigger"? Hmm.. Your problem is quite different, have you tried re-downloading your SFO game?

Anyways.. People continue being on topic

^I think the downloaded version runs better, and faster; less laggy

well Ive got dsl so all I do is click the link and it loads in 6 seconds (just long enough for me to open GCS)

I guess it depends on what youve got goin on with your computer

Bob~Marley4004 07-23-2004 02:07 PM

Sorry to go off the topic guys, but Hollis, True.. quite different.. I have tried all of that and ask other ppl.. only some ppl have the problem with full-screen on the d/l version of the game.. it doesnt matter though

The d/l version of the game is known to be less laggy.. as Hollis said..

Use standard small size.

Angel-Eyes 07-23-2004 03:15 PM

yeah when i bought mvc2 after i had been playin xvsf online....i was like...why are the graphics so poopy? lol

small screen is the way to go

hunk-h 07-23-2004 04:00 PM

so wat you r saying is that big screen creates more lag....so small screen is better?

Hollis 07-23-2004 04:03 PM

Yes, small screen along with the downloaded version is the best thing to do
