Wow... I have three votes, and I haven't consistently posted here since... well, I sure as heck can't remember! I was a little egotistical and voted for myself... but the person I most enjoy debating with is TarkanX by far.

As far as who I'd vote for? Well, I can justly say that I enjoy TMyApp's posts more then anyone's (just all those :biggrin: 's add something humorous to almost all of his posts). As far as intelligent posting, I doubt I'll ever see anyone who could measure up to Zing79 and Quass' abilities. Dan Hibiki is/was the ONLY guy I've ever seen that could come close to measuring up to them. Other then that no one (including myself) has even come close.

But it's all opinion in any case.

I would like to change my vote to TarkanX b/c i have just read some of his posts and i realized that the posts always catch my eye too..even though there sooo long. I like his topic titled "TarkanX's School for Dumbasses" lol.

tarkan puts a lot of thought into his posts, but my vote goes to troy88. all of his posts are pretty time consuming but i always end up in agreement with his ideas. i especially liked his idea about the ranking system for the game.

Anyway, i thought about Tark, but while he does some meaningful topics, I voted for Troy88 because he always seems to be on track with me. I find it hard to disagree with anything he says.

Once again I am disturbed by a topic of this nature. Nothing against you 2000warrior. I would just like to say MY opinion.

First of all why do you have to make these topics here The senshukentakai awards were enough. That site is dead over done with why bring such nonsense to this forum (there is already enough of it).


The first time around it was the Awards then you brought it over with your "vet" tournament and how you and KKS were going to "pick" out the vets and who YOU thought were vets in your opinion. Then it was youre "best of all time" topic which I was dumb enough to take part and now another "pat on the back" topic. dubya tee eff! why must you always know who is the best at something and furthur more you LIST names!?. Is that not a little influentual why not just make the topic if you must and let people think of what they will answer. And how about some of those names I mean come on some of them do not even post here anymore.

Ah well I will not be taking part in this one as I know for a fact my vote would make someone's day. Its ironic though the same individual I had in mind started th.... well your smart enough to figure it out.

VIRUS: I appreciate what you're doing. You speak rationally and non-flaming. And please, continue with this "debate" because I'll continue with it as long as you do.. :biggrin:

Why I brought this here? Because I want to see who's regaurded as the "respected" posters. Although I could just leave it as "I know who the greats are," the fact is that I only know who the greats are in my own opinion, and I'd like to see other people's opinions, especially from people like nosoul, Elena, and Koopsta who "drop by" once in a while, but are still old enough here to remember the guys that were "before" my time.

Also I'd be more willing to respect someone on those grounds then their fighting tallent. I'll even give you an example. J-Luna has an excellent fighting record, but I'll never respect him because he constantly flames people non-stop. On quite the contrar, some people like Selvin who never gained much of a reputation through their fighting, I could easily respect through their "sensable" posts (if you can see past all his bitchen' that is).

As for the "Senshuk awards," I didn't start that (and didn't bother to find out who did). The "best of all" I started because I wanted people to quit their bitchen' about "not being on someone's list" (Micky Mouse thread and that thing ChampionX/austin 3;16 posted that got bullitened).

And concerning the vet tourney... well, that was our fault. :(
We should NEVER have let ANYONE "register" for it. The original idea was to have it as a forum based tournament, then I made the website for it (and made sure that registration was done through email ONLY). But even the private "no" answer still got massive complaints...

What we SHOULD have done was an "invitational" only sort of thing. Even though I doubt 1/3 of the guys we'd invite would do it... it'd still be more efficient.

Let me ask you a counter-question here... Why is it that NONE of my "list" topics seem to offend no one while other ones do? Well, I wish you'd tell us who you think are some great poster's at this forum... you'd be one too if you'd just expand beyond just the "tournaments" section a little more often.
