It's a bad anniversary, but this page has been here for 2 years(and I soon will also be here for 2 years). Let's try to rejoice, and shed the monkey of our backs. This website has made feets that other websites fail on doing, which is lasting for a long time with a lot of users, this site is good enough to be considered a PC site(even with it's in-site problems). Everyone that played this site, and the pioneers had something to do with the success of X-men vs Street Fighter Online. Although a lot of us retired before the site went down for the worse, we still had a lot of great memories, and some good epic battles that we would never forget.

yep.. i still remember the 1st day... August 7th...
we went live sometime around 1-2am... the intro for the site was done hours b4 the release (i just slapped some things together... including the sloppy work on "insert coin" under CA)... 2 years later... look what we're left with now ?? .. *sigh*... ...thats life i suppose... |

good memories indeed ! as well as bad ones, but those are pretty much recent ! anyway... HAPPY ANNIVERSARY PROJECTX ! hey two years already TARK, damn that means that next month will do two years for me too ! damn, time sure is fast ! anyway... its not over yet guys, maybe for the site we knew, but i'm sure tmyapp will find a way, he never let us down and i'm sure he will never ! after all, he's a man of his words ! except for updates ! |
Hmm...August 7th 2001. Well I for one dont think that all this work went to waste...Look how many hits it got, look how many people joined and are still here, then theres the buncha fans that sent letters to Marvel...Yep, it was a good 2 years. :alien:

its not over yet cuz i e mailed the peps at marvel on aug 10 so u never know i emailed them a really passionate letter so im lookin 4 foward 2 da 3rd annivesry and the 4thj and the 5th so dont give up if u got any thing 2 say then email me at jrippa2003@yahoo.com and maybe wit some hope they will find it in there hearts 2 keep the chance alive or as cyclopes would say dreams dont die ;) :D

Even though I was here only for a few months... I feel like I have been here for a the whole entire season. Makes me feel many different feelings after I heard that the site was gonna be closed, due to Marvel's letter and actions. Lots of people left after that... Not much to do anymore.. The place is falling apart faster than a crumbling castle. It still has something to keep it up though.. I don't know what it is but I'm sure it is something that everyone else has in common... That's all I can say for now.

Well kid everyone slowly grew deeper bonds than the site. I promise you this much....I few of us will stick around for the finale...
