No, but back to the topic of the starting post: you can host your own unofficial tournament (but don't ask me how), but official tournaments (with prizes and stuff) can only be hosted by Zing and the other administrators

maybe he was laughing at the fact that tournament was spelled wrong. i will ask him.

Okay, to host your own unofficial tournament, all you have to do is:

1. Establish the rules of the tournament (double elimination, etc.).
2. Ask for people to apply for the tournament.
3. Organize yourself and set the date.
4. On the date, everything comes together and the tournament happens.

There are NO official tournaments as of now..
ALL tournaments including mine are unofficial..

the best you can hope for is to beat my previous best tourney of 128 ppl in order to get a prize
