i've' got one question..is this tourney 1on1tag/nontag/both?

Im hopfully waiting for fifty people to join so everyone who sees this tourney has a chance to join.
Then we will advance to the preliminaries and no u can choose whoever u want ryu or ken im not keeping track of that.And this tourney could be 1on1 or 1on1tag.
