This topic is for you, the players, so that you can have a good feel (comfortability) for the tournament; if you want anything that is reasonable that you think should be put in the tournament, then post here. Although we will take many ideas, many might not make it in the tournament, so do your best to think of any ideas that you think should be in the tournament.

Ok by idea do you mean ideas for a different prize or like how the touney should be set up.....i was just wondering cause i didnt want to put an idea in and then get annoyed by people telling me im stupid and dont know what im talking about.

Well maybe not something of the nature of the prize.. that has already been determined by the organizers of the tournament... you could debate on stuff that has to do with the rules and such.

However, as always, you're all free to chip in whatever ideas ya'all have for the tournament :biggrin:

how about state wat the rules are for the tourney instead of having to go to maximum spider page ;) the rules
umm how about person on the left of the match up hosts for example...y 09 vs blanka09 .. i would have to host and how about there must b an observer for certain matches if people cheat in the tourney

In a normal... "standard" tournament, players are supposed to use just one character throughout the course of that tournament. That's why that rule was placed there.

However, if need be that we change it... ergo, ya'all bitch too much about that rule, then we'll see what we can do. Although at this point.. everything stands "as is" :biggrin:

All characters allowed? ... Yes!.. However, Onslaught is an anomaly in this case... thus he wouldn't be allowed to participate in matches. Besides, the probability of having to use Onslaught in a 1 on 1 battle is very slim.. so we didn't see any point in making emphasis on that :biggrin:

However, it still stands that Onslaught would not be allowed. :biggrin:

Anyway, I'm guessing all matches should be in turbo mode.. so we'll be looking to add that among the rules in a bit. Although you'll have to give us time to discuss this and give ya'all a feed back soon enough :biggrin:

Is it necessary that we have to take screenshots cause some people cant take screenshots.

Yes.. it is necessary to have proof that you indeed won the match in the tournament.

And taking screenshots helps you with ur proof... if you don't know how, then there's a topic in the general section of the forum called "SFO Camera club" that teaches you how to take screenshots... so good luck :biggrin:

well since theres going to be so many people shouldn't there be a Vip Sponsership or something?

Actually, VIP characters are not allowed in this tournament. All other characters are allowed.. and if you read the rule very well, the Rage Factor would not be allowed in the tourney... so there :biggrin:

I believe they're all properly stated in the rules though.. so Nferno666 is right :biggrin:

Then use Akuma urself... There are many ways to spoil the plans of an akuma user who beefs up his levels just to do a raging demon alone... so you've gotta fight him in his own game :biggrin:

i think its safe to say no for the 1-1tag , the rules state clearly that its 1-1 no tag but if the tournament organisers wanna change that well its up to them, i wanna request a time schedule for the matches for the GMT:dublin.edinburgh.london and wat not time zone, for the matches to be set up around that time

- and a title in the game when you fight and when u enter the Chat (for EVER!!!)
