Maddog, this tournament should begin in divisions and then conclude with the best fighter from each of the five boroughs.
Everyone should fight everyone from their borough/division in the beginning. But we'll need alot of competitors for that. |

Seeing as you are the tournament director, I think it would be more proper if you gave us a date to abide by and be ready for. Also, you should put of list of the people in the tourney in your first post...
