Gothic Archangel 02-14-2002 05:11 PM

[color=crimson] Just like there is one for the Super High Jump, Should there be a lock for the Drill Claw????

Today it happened to me..."Player 21" or so, doesn't really matter....Well he was a [b]

TarkanX 02-14-2002 06:02 PM

I faced him, he was 63, and like any other dumb wolvie user( i said a dumb person using wolvie). he kept using drill claw, but i got a perfect on round two and beat him with ease on round one. He isnt a problem. As for now, learn how to deal with drill clawers, its pretty simple, watch their movement and counter it.

Gothic:Maybe player21 only know drill claw so he keep using it until the Lame fight was over ..

Tarkanx: you have a great point in there..

don't hate if they put a lock on it we still have low claw so ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

KidKrazyShit 02-17-2002 07:34 PM

master1221, you are trully a retard
and for this, you have my pitty(but not very much)

asshole 02-18-2002 12:23 AM

Yes, Indeed... (I know that I fought the same person as GothicArchAngel, because I fought him/her afterwards...)

The same thing happened to me. And I now TarkanX what you told us/me. But that always doesn't work and it didn't on him or many other "Cheap Wolvie Users". So TMyApp, I am also requesting on a Drill Claw Lock and/or some other "Cheap moves" like Mastermax named...

You can put a block on "Ryu's Hadokun" 'cause I heard many people "BITCH" about that... But please take out the "Drill Claw".

Thank You.

Dan Hibiki 02-18-2002 04:15 AM

Ugh.

Physicals r scary 02-18-2002 09:26 AM

aye aye aye, dos lochos con a sitas dos noche!

TMyApp 02-18-2002 10:06 AM

i don't see ANY other "locks" being implemented.

Ryu's fireball will NOT be touched (for obvious reasons) but, the drill-claw CAN and will be tweaked to make it less "cheap"...

that is all...

asshole 02-18-2002 11:13 AM

That's all I asked for... 'Cause I don't want the "Fireballs" to get locked either... But anyway Thanks!

DX Zero 02-18-2002 12:58 PM

why dont u make wolverine pose for a sec. after the drill claw...

master1221 02-18-2002 02:36 PM

if some one is beating u bad i mean really bad u use it save your self u would have done the same:)

DX Zero 02-18-2002 09:44 PM

NO ONE beats me badly...:) and i might use two or three of them but not everytime.. thats just stupid... theres something called healing

Onslaught 02-19-2002 12:25 AM

Yeah me too, i use it maybe 5 times average per match.

But TMyApp, that is stupid, tweaking the drill claw. If you do that then you have to tweak the Hadokens. Drill claw is wolverines only long range type move.

steventhebol 02-19-2002 12:38 PM

Well wolvie has to win some way. I just let the wolvie fool hit me with a couple of drill claws that i either block or just get hit by. Then i just jump out of then corner when my level is real high and blast the mess out of the fool which will take a reasonable amount of damage. :)

master1221 02-19-2002 04:59 PM

DX when u beat me i use alot of drillclaws and healing does not al ways works

Dan Hibiki 02-19-2002 05:28 PM

Healing doesn't work when you get a fist rammed into your face.

Jr 02-19-2002 05:31 PM

healing only gives an opening for an oncoming attack by the opponent, i dont think that it is that useful.

LOL...some people are just alot better!

master1221 02-19-2002 05:48 PM

thats is true

if drill claw is tweaked how are people going to get away from supers and there is a lock on superjumps

DX Zero 02-19-2002 06:07 PM

yeah.. i mean if i can beat ppl who uses drillclaw why cant u??? (unless there is super lag) maybe these whiners should improve their skillz and overcome the odds.... *cough* c-ya

Jhteck29 02-20-2002 08:28 AM

hey, I posted this complaint a while ago, that I thought that the drill claw should be fixed. But, nothing was going to be changed then, so we all have to deal, and watch out for drill-nazis

SSJ2 Gotenks 02-20-2002 02:16 PM

how do u do wolverines drill claw anyway?? (i am new)
and how do u do chun li's upsidedown spinning kick?

TarkanX 02-20-2002 03:03 PM

drill claw: low kick, and medium punch

sinning bird kick: back, back for few seconds, then turn all the way till you get to forward and punch.

02-20-2002 03:13 PM

cheat ...................................... lol
ahhahahahahha
lol
ahahahahha
lol

SSJ2 Gotenks 02-20-2002 03:18 PM

i don get chun li's kick... can u exolain it more clearly?

master1221 02-20-2002 05:27 PM

when u jump not super jump if u are facing someone who plays with ryu waits for u to come down and uses there super but when i jump i drill claw to get behind them if they put a lock what am i going to do:confused:

DX Zero 02-20-2002 07:14 PM

ugh! block until the jump lock goes away......... or just normally, or dont use it that much..... ? :)

Nantuko Joe 02-21-2002 11:00 AM

nOObs/cheapos abuse the Drill Claw attack WAY too much. If TMyApp does indeed use a Drill Claw lock or a way to make it move slower, than I feel that not many people will use wolverine anymore...

master1221 02-21-2002 04:29 PM

drill claw is an art noobs just use it to be cheap i just drillclaw back or coutner it with....

Jhteck29 02-21-2002 05:41 PM

don't worry Joe. I dont use the drill claw so ill be wolverine still. I've seen many other guys use him great without the drill claw too. So I wouldn't worry.

Nantuko Joe 02-22-2002 06:34 AM

Master1221, I know what your talking about. I fought some kid named KidKrasyShit (Not KidKrazyShit) who used only Drill Claws, and he then said it was not being cheap, but it's simply skill. If TMy applies a Drill Claw lock or something, I want to rematch him and kick his ass.

asshole 02-22-2002 02:41 PM

Joe, now you feel how we feel.

MIG 02-24-2002 03:37 AM

i wouldnt mind if you have a limit on how many fireballs you can use cause ppl think that its a good tactic to just use fireballs allthe time eg dark link

master1221 02-24-2002 01:04 PM

alright Joe lets say I am fighting u and u are beating me bad and i drill claw 5 times to bring your life down unless there is lag then there is a lock u would use your super and i will lose

No offense, MIG, but fireballs are a #### of a lot easier to jump over and dodge than drill claws. Drill Claws are like five times faster than fireballs.

master, it would be okay to use a few drill claws to recover from a powerful attack. However, if I am beating you bad and you start using drill claws for the rest of the match, then that would be "cheap"
