Alright People here it is. The official Rules for the 1st, of what i hope will be many, "RYU'S DRUNKEN BRAWL" where drunken, stoned, retard, fat, skinny, lazy, ugly, good looking, short, tall RYU's come to battle it out on XMvsSF to see WHO is the best RYU FIGHTER!!!

So Heres how its gonna go. I have 56 registered fighters.

RULES APPLYING TO PRELIMINARY ROUND:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

1) Since i have to many players to have everyone fight everyone, heres whats gonna happen. I have divided the 56 fighters into 4 divisions of 13. Everyone will have to fight everyone in his/her division. (this will determine a hopefully fair ranking to start round 1)

2) Fighters will Until Friday Sept. 21st 8p.m. (EASTERN) to fight all your preliminary round fights. Since this is the first Event i host i will see wether or not this is sufficient or not. But remember you have plenty of ways to find your fighter (A: Email him (you will be given his address) B: Leave a post (PLZ note what division you are in N, E, S, W a thread will be created for you to post all messages to your fellow division fighters) or C: Send Private message VIA the forum)

3) Once a figher has completed ALL of his 12 Fights, he is responsible for sending me an EMAIL stating which games he won and which games he lost. IF i do not recieve an EMAIL from a fighter i MUST assume that he has lost all of his fights EVEN if a fighter he has fought confirmed that he lost to him. in simple words REPORT EVERYTHING.
<<PS: DO NOT POST YOU VICTORIES/LOSSES IN THE FORUM, THEY ILL NOT COUNT, I WANT AN EMAIL ONCE ALL FIGHTS ARE THROUGH OR 1 BY 1 IT DOESNT MATTER>>

4) Once i have recieved all the info, i calculate everyones win to loss ratio and TADA we got ourselves a fair ranking system to begin round 1.
INCASE OF A TIE THE, TIED PLAYERS IN QUESTION WILL HAVE TO FIGHT EACH OTHER (1 MATCH ONLY)

5) As for who fights on the left side, and who fights on the right side.. For the PRLIMINARY ROUND ONLY i will let you all fight it out.
<<PS: FOR THOSE WHO HAVE PROBLEMS BEING CHALLENGED, OR CHALLENGING EMAIL ME AND I WILL TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION DEPENDING ON HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE THIS PROBLEM>>

6) A Hard rule to come up with, while trying to be fair and just, is what to do when a computer crashes or something... (usually Internet Explorer) well all i can come up with is if your explarer crashes or something, i need proof therefore take a screenshot of the error and send it to me (this is assuming the person you are fighting accuses you of running off) If you opponent has no problem allocating you a rematch then theres no problem.. but MAKE sure you get your screenshot incase he argues!!! (btw i can verify off the server it logs everything :) )

7) If a player DISAPPEARS then whatever fights he has not completed are an automatic WIN for his adversary.


PS I do not know if people are going to like this setup, i am trying to simply come up with something interesting and open to suggestions. (a txt file will come later for the rulez for round 1 etc...)

-YOUR DIVISION... (only fighting the people in your division counts).

-IF YOUR HAVE PROBLEMS FINDING YOUR ADVERSARY POST A MSG TO HIM, IF YOU EMAIL ME CC. ME A COPY OF IT (SO I CAN HAVE PROOF YOU WERE LOOKING FOR HIM)

-IF YOU CRASH TAKE A SCREENSHOT FOR PROOF, SO IF YOUR NOT ALLOWED A REMATCH YOU CAN DEFEND YOUR CAUSE.

-POST ONLY IN YOUR ASSIGNED THREAD (IF YOUR PART OF THE SOUTHSIDE DRUNKEN BRAWLERS ONLY POST IN THE SOUTHSIDE DRUNKEN BRAWLERS DIVISION SECTION)

-FIGHTS ARE SINGLE MATCHES ONLY NOT BEST OF 3'S ETC...

-HAVE FUN.

Ewalk I emailed you my record after I read your post. I have searched for all on my list who is pending. I even put the reasons why i can't find them. It also said I lost to leftyb because even if I didn't find him, we all know he would win. but since he droped out i am: 2-4-6
he he it is a pattern so i get. 8 points because both of my wins are DQ, can you believe i am in the top 50?
