i keep hearing 'turbo is great!' and the like, but the option isnt even there... where would one go to get, or enable it?

TarkanX 11-28-2001 05:40 PM

The other person that doesn't host clicks whether it's turbo or not, most of the time they don't know what to do with it.

after experimenting...normal mode SUCKS.

nosoul4evr 11-28-2001 07:18 PM

wait a minute...your telling me that my opponent gets to choose weather we play "turbo mode" or not???

why is that?

do cable users lose out if they play in "normal mode"

why doesnt the host get to choose the "mode" they play in?

Nferno666 11-28-2001 08:35 PM

yeah that kinds suck but it also sucks that after the match u r forced to play normal on a rematch. it doesn't let u pick turbo

TMyApp 11-28-2001 10:13 PM

well, it does if player2 wins the match...

but, i suppose it would be more fair if the rematch player picks the speed

gimme a week, i'll see what i can do...

Smile04 11-29-2001 07:51 AM

Well i saw turbo i just didn't know that we could use it yet....kinda sucks only the challenger gets to decide if we use it, and thanks go out to TMyApp and the others for making it possible(at all) to use

Jr 11-29-2001 03:11 PM

Yea it would make more sense if the host was the one choosing the turbo and also still be able to pick it after a rematch(whether u win or lose)

Not a complaint or anything, just a suggestion:)
