Well, just a day or two ago I got the return adress from TMyApp, giving me the ok to host a Chun Li tournament with a prize. The actual tournament is still a long ways off, but sign ups may start anywhere from a week to a couple weeks from now... Just letting yall know.

actually, he does say the word incompetent and also the word retire(though not a lot). He sounded a bit like him, but to say the least, it was original.

vegeta has never ever used the word in the entire dbz series. he does use incompetent and it was not original. the true vegeta wouldn't even bother himself with such a meaningless tournament.
