ok guys this is it, once and for all, we will find out the true master of ryu, what i hope to get is 32 ppl, these 32 ppl will be split into 8 groups ( 4ppl in each group ), they will each fight eachother twice ( one game is hosted, the other game is joined), the person who wins will get 3 points and the loser will get none, so the two ppl in each group wid the highest score, will progress into the next round.

This will leave 16 players for the next round, this round will be the knockout round, basically u will fight jus one game wid an opponent to decide who goes through.

this will leave 8 players to have a another knockout match.

once this has been done 4 ppl will remain, another knockout round will take place, and the losing 2 will face each other for a third place champion spot, the winning 2 will face each other in a best of 3 match to determine the tru champion of ryu.

rules:

1). the only person u can play wid is ryu ( duh)
2). helpers will be on and it is between u and the fighter to decide if the timer is switched on.
3). ifur fighting a dodgy user i would make sure to take a screen shot incase they say they beat u.
4). the gauge level must be set to 0 b4 the match.
5). each fight will be a 1 on 1 (no tag).
6). evil ryu aint allowed (hehe u ****** vips)jk

well, this'll be about the 1000th tournament claiming to find the "best Ryu user"... and if you wanted to find that, you might want to make helpers not allowed. Then someone won't get dealt a bullpoop helper and hence be less secure than his opponent (that's just MY opinion anyway)
