why is the tournament cancelled ?

this sounds like a problem
at least my oponent showed up
it was a very easy match

I predicted this would happen..
And guess what... it did.

A tournament should be ONE day, not over a month long.

I saw some of the members fighting for the SOF in ooscanoo ......then whats the point of closing it ....

i fought TarkanX someday and i had a lot less lag, i didn't win cause i am not very good but i did make him lost half his life and now anyone who is cable or dsl can beat me to #### and say im really easy opponent !

let me det this straight, I AM ON 33,600bps PHONE MODEM so please i ask of you not to say it was easy cause in the real thing (arcade) im better than that !
but too have reflexes you have to SEE thing !

next time necro2k2 lets fight in a host/join game that first round ill host and second you'll host then you will be able to tell if im good or not...

i said that cause quick matches are very laggy for me and even when you say it wasnt laggy on your end it was on mine cause i was kicking you lots of time and you never lost those life cause you werent there so basically, for you i wasnt playing much but for me i was always on your side !

ssjkarma there is no rematch on the tournament...so when we fight is not a tourney fight remember that ok....
and anyways a joystick wont change ur way of playin

look like i told lordcyris he said there was only 18 people dat showed up and only 2 matches (i was part of one)

to the people who didnt show up in the tournament...they should be disqualified...
now there are 18 people in the tournament make 9 teams out of them and finish the tournament

by the way who are the other 2 who fought in the tournament besides me and ssjkarma???

Hmmm well lets see cause I ain't and, I already setted a schedule to fight you if you payed attention to the last reply I putted up stating about you. Oh well we all can't get the last laugh because I did. Well well I must be going and, one reason I didn't show up in the tournament is because I didn't realize I had to go to a wedding on the day it begin. If the tournament didn't start at 12:00pm, maybe I would of had a good challenge against you. O man what a moron... what are you talking about i'm not in the tournament and you did fight me and you were SCHOOLED. Your lucky I don't want back the 2 minutes of my life you wasted.

Ok lets clear a few things:

1. My oppenent, Lone-Fighter, never showed up for a whole 3 days while I waited patiently. Now isn't that a forfit because he applyed and didn't turn up so its a bye. However seeing that almost nobody turned up its probably ironic the whole thing was cancelled.

That's true but like everyone said its very hard to organise at least 8 ppl into the same day and same time even when they are in different time zones. I think the dates should of been noted. That would have been more sensibe. :biggrin:

Oh I don't know about that...Were you in TOCII? A lot of people complained to Zing about it not being organized enough...It's VERY hard to organize a large tournament and set up all the fights in one day. But it shouldn't take a month to do...you're right about that. Two or three days should be enough to set up the fights and have people fight.

He wasted? You were the one who fought him, Professor. And, as my mother would say if she were alive *sniff*, pick on somebody your own size (like... me? ^.~). And MajinBejita, you're no better with your behavior. Look at you! You are rampaging around like a maniac, trying to put Professor down (which isn't working, btw) and acting like an ass(!). To tell you the truth, if you can't act more mature, please let out your anger somewhere else... and where did it say that Professor "schooled" you? well like kid said i don twanna sit around for another hour and a half waitin for some1 who aint even gunna show up i was very disapointed last saturday when the dude i was supposed to fight didnt show up but i got 1 question ####### you said every1 who showed up were winners right does that me we get our prize then?:) just wondering......

that was my first real tourney,and it was a dissapointing expierience.i hope future tourneys i enter turn out better.

im with mastaq since it was my first tourney !

anyway, being an ass is not a way to tell it wasn't good, i know im not the best i cannot be since i got about a sec of ping and its a lot of time wasted !

so saying your best isn't a way of doing !
