you have to copy and paste image from site off the internet. then you have to make a background but you have to have a better program than paint like photoshop.07 that one i think you can find it at

People can't crate you a Photoshp 7.0 unless if he have CD of Photoshop 7.0 then he could copy it to another CD and send it to you =/
