my rates are never high over 7 only if i see what i like.

the wind filter

use a tut or something at least

Dont like tutorials.. People say that ripping.. Even though if youget ideas from tuts and use them differently they say its ripping.. So i steer clear of the tuts man.. :)

well u dont have 2 make it exactly
u can use different settings and stuff
a tutorial only gives u ideas & helps u learn the tools
u can use in ps
so if follow a tut
it doesnt mean u have to make it exaclty the same
u can give it a twist
add some different details and stuff

but its FOR learning photoshop NOot use the same style....meaning you didn't make it mostly the half of the work has been done by the creater of that tut...
