=/ you people don't even know what your talking about. Thats i asked experts on the gfx contest to be judges....wrong choice, bad blending, filter everywhere and does show any effert. Filter is like the lazy way of making tags...typo kiiled.
Just stop useing those borders for now and more work on the other stuff.
those kind borders are mostly used when your good enough with the blending and background.
