Ok..so here are the 2 versions...It really sucks they have restrictions on file size...or else this, in my opinion, would have been way better..but here they are..I also had to take the text out of 1 to make room =/

hey man 8/10=80/100..if youdon't know percentages, that's pretty high, as for ur sig..needs a border for 1..
2...font doesn't work for the pic 3..you didn't blend that well 4..those are simple animations you can find. 5.Like _dmx_said to me when i tried what you are trying as of now, you didn't even make an effect where the rain hits off the text. 6.You made most of it look kinda..what's the word i'm looking for...-_- i'm thinking empty or plain, ah well, it's like, too plain i guess is a way to describe it. keep practicing though, i like where you are trying to go..you remind me of myself :D btw ryz www.good-tutorials.com is where he learned how to do those animations. |

Well for 1...I couldn't put a border on it..simple animation? I had to condense just to host it! I couldn't do anything else to this banner without going over the file limit of like 270-290k, it was originally 657kb...-.- But oh well..I guess you guys don't understand that you can only put so much animation and -stuff- into a banner without going over the restricted limit. Thanks for the...constructive criticism

Yes, its simple. For me, understand... that. Those animation tipz your getting are super old, thatz why mainly I'd say its easy. Here is a good site of hosting animationz: http://upl.silentwhisper.net/ Now, don't tell me, I don't do animation also. :S |

dude, it is simple animation. maybe not to you, because you are new to it, but once you know how to do it it's extremely simple man. I understand what animation you can put in it alright? If you don't like what me and star had to say about the simple animation, maybe you shouldn't do animation that way that's one less thing we have to complain about. and you can put a border on animation. here's how: before you even DO the animation, ctrl a go to edit>stroke>1 pt or howbig you want the border to be. press ok and then press ctrl d...there ya go, nice and easy border for your sig or animation..whatever u wanna call it. Ahh, cause I am horrible at blending! And Yes, I did use a tut...but whats so wrong with that? I have been making banners for 1-2 weeks now. And I am expected to know -everything- about it already? Sheesh...tough crowd.

no your not, never said you are. But you go around critisizing us on how 'hard' it is we just gonna give it to you right back. we know what we say to you because we've been there. if you can't handle it now, then you need to stop trying. I like what you try to do, i really do, but if ur gonna tell us what we do and don't know, we're gonna just be that more extreme when it comes to your work.
as for tuts, i see nothing wrong with it, but the animations that aren't font or a gif is just a waste of time nowadays man. ur doin good for a few weeks, but we only tell you what needs improvement. NOW we've critisized you cause u went in a hissy fit about it...keep workin on it though, u'll get better. |
wow, wow...I threw a hissy fit? No, I didn't. I let you guys know that it wasn't as good as it previously was. I said the original file size was 657kb. I couldn't host it.
