Welcome to EA shop. Before you start requesting, you should start reading these simple rules to get one from EA. Not following direction will not get you a request from me. So please follow these

1)Size (no more than sfo rule)
2)Color on background
3)provide picture
4)text written

Example

Size:380x85
color on background: blue and red
picture:http://evilakuma.250free.com/gouken.gif
text written: eviladmin

OK I dont know y this site wont work.. so copy this in ur BROWSER.. then at the end it will say comic_0.jpg.. change it to comic(with the lil squiqqle on the left side of #1 press shift+tht squiqqle)0.jpg
