Ok well here is the SHOCKER FIRST....NO I DIDNT MAKE THE BACKGROUND....THOUGH.....I DID NOT RIP THE BACKGROUND ON HOTSEXI CHICK TAG. This information was only to be present in court if faced with a plagerism law-suit though I called my lawyer. She said I might as well tell you guys. This is how it happend. First of all a site that I make animations on which is MY FRIENDS SITE WHO I'VE KNOWN FOR 2 YEARS. Knowing that Im not that good in photoshop asked HIM TO MAKE ME A BACKGROUND FOR THE TAG. It was going to be my last tag anyhow so I asked him make the background.
HE TOLD ME IT TOOK HIM ALOT OF HARD WORK TO MAKE IT. Also that hope the person appreciates HIS HARDWORK. He gave me the BACKGROUND then...I PUT THE SPRITE ON THERE BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO WANTED THE BANNER WANTED THAT PIC ON THE TAG. I told him THANKS FOR THE BACKGROUND. Now WAS I WRONG TO SAY I MADE THE BACKGROUND? YES, I admit to being wrong as to saying I MADE THE BACKGROUND. WHEN I THOUGHT MY FRIEND HAD MADE IT which I'll explain in a sec.
I told my lawyer what I'm telling you guys. So I posted my last tag and you know the rest. ACUSATIONS OF RIPPING FLOODED IT I was like hmm this is IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE MY FRIEND MADE THE BACKGROUND. So I posted the banner on Tagmonkey.net hoping that they could see that ITS NOT RIPPED. Though they also said it was ripped form someone eles. Seeing THIER PROOF I CONTACTED MY FRIEND WHO TOLD ME HE MADE THE BACKGROUND. HE TOLD ME THAT HE USED A TUTORIAL TO MAKE IT. SO ME BEING HIS FRIEND BELIVED HIM AND POSTED THE TUTORIAL LINK. THOUGH AFTER READING THE TUTORIAL MYSELF I. I WAS CONFUSED BECAUSE THE TUTORIAL WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO COPY THAT PERFECTLY.
THOUGH BEING HIS FRIEND I BELIVED HIM AND KNOWING HIS GFX HISTORY. I THOUGHT IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE THAT HE COULD OF GAVE ME A RIPPED BACKGROUND. SO SOMEONE POSTED THAT I COULD GET SUED FOR PLAGERISM. THEN DOING THE SMARTEST THING CONTACTED MY LAWYER. Told her what had happen. SHE TOLD ME TO KEEP DENYING IT BECAUSE THEY HAD NO PROOF. I TOLD HER MY FRIEND MADE ME THE BACKGROUND. SHE SAID WELL IN THAT CASE WE'LL PRESENT THAT IN COURT IF THE GUY WHO MADE THE TUTORIAL WANT TO TRY SOMETHING. THAT IS WHY I SAID HE WOULD BE IN A TON OF LEGAL FEES AND I WOULDNT. SINCE I DIDNT MAKE THE BACKGROUND MY FRIEND GAVE IT TO ME.
Ok now to other matter at hand the ABSOLUTE PROOF. I WAS POSTIVE THAT MY FRIEND DIDNT GIVE ME A RIPPED BG. SO I WENT TO SOME GRAPHIC EXPERTS CALLED MY LAWYER AND SHE SAID IT WAS GOOD IDEA. BECAUSE IF PROVEN MY FRIEND GAVE ME STOLEN WORK FROM SOMEONE ELES. I'LL BE COMPLETELY FREE OF ANY CHARGES. I THEN EMALED A GFX EXPERT I KNOW. HE THEN HAD THE IDEA TO TAKE BOTH IMAGES THEN GRAY SCALE THEM. THEN PLACE BOTH ON TOP OF EACH OTHER. IF IT WAS STOLE THIS WOULD PROVE IT. SO WE DONE THIS AND SHURE ENOUGH EVERYTHING LINED UP PIXEL FOR PIXEL. I WAS HEART-BROKEN FOR I HAD DEFENDED NOT ONLY MYSELF buT MY FRIENDS WORK WHICH WASNT HIS WORK AT ALL.
I WAS SO ASHAMED THAT I CALLED MY LAWYER. TOLD HER CALL OFF ALL CHARGES AND FORGET ABOUT WHAT HAD HAPPEN. SHE SAID SHE'LL STILL KEEP THE INFORMATION JUST IN CASE. THOUGH I'll REALLY LIKE TO SAY IM TRUELY SORRY. I HAD NO IDEA MY FRIEND STOLE THIS WORK FROM SOMEONE ELES. I'LL TAKE THE TAG DOWN AND SHREAD IT TO PIECES. REALLY HURTS ME TO MY HEART THAT MY FRIEND BETRAYED ME. HOPE THAT ALL CAN FORGIVE ME. EVEN THOUGH I HATE TO SAY IT. TAGMONKEY.NET WAS RIGHT TO SOME DEGREE. THOUGH I STILL THINK IT WASNT RIGHT AS TO ALLLLL THAT THEY DID TO ME. THOUGH I FORGIVE THEM AND HOPE THEY CAN FORGIVE ME.
Anyhow let this be known if anything. ZPOWER IS SORRY AND THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. ALSO I LIKE TO ADD THE SIG THAT I CURRENTLY HAVE. I WILL TAKE OFF TOOK BECAUSE MY FRIEND MADE THE BACKGROUND FOR THAT AS WELL. WHO KNOWS HE PROBABLY RIPPED THAT ONE ALSO. THOUGH I DID MAKE THE AVATAR. BY THE WAY ALL ANIMATED TAGS WERE MADE BY ME. Yah I know plagerism on a tutorial no way possible to sue me. By the way my lawyer is a female not male her name is Melody Fenton. Oh man I WISH THIS WAS MADE UP. Reason I didnt say it before was because I was ashamed that I actually lied saying I MADE THE BG. Man Im so pissed off this guy screwed me over. His name is "Im so cool" on msn man look for him man. HE IS THE RIPPER NOT ME. He told me he made the damn bg and then gave it to me saying it took him long time to make it. My friend Chris who is also friends with Kenji grayscaled the pics after I told him what happened. Chris is a expert gfx artist to some degree. He told me the pixels lined up perfectly. NOW PEOPLE THINK I RIPPER man BELIIIIIIIVE ME ITS TRUE. I wish it wasnt because I thought this guy was good at gfx. Also thought he was my friend ohwell bahhhhhhh.
