text not suitable and it dusnt hav a wavy effect, but the colours r nice and i like the bg... but it isnt really a banner if it dusnt hav a pic... thats my definition anyways.

do u know what u be saying sometimes. a banner doesn't have to have a picture to be considered a banner.

the colors are just all wrong, shud have just kept a bluish color and it would have worked out fine.
