ugly. bg is messed up, the pics dont blend, the border is ugly and the font is just horrible. try to use fonts off websites, they are usually the best. work mostly on your backgrounds and blending. also dont ever put borders like that on, embossed borders do not look nice, neither do those borders (forgot what they called O O)

I heard about Ryu(normal), Evil Ryu, but never seen his ygly side!!!
Help me i'm out of here...i give it a fair rate of 2.5/10

give him a break his new 4/10 the border and text is nice the rest is just messed up.

It's not theat bad 5.5/10

He isn't new, he said he had more experience than montalvo fs =/ now thats experienced.

He asked me to rate it, so I rated it. That is the point of it. To point out the bad things and improve on them, not to just say I GIVE IT 10/10 ITS PERFECT!!!1!1!11one

You have to give him some tips instead of good rates. Rates are nothing without the real thing your looking at.
