I know I'm not original with the whole pictures, but bleh, sue me. Anyways, I believe I have finally made a decent banner. To see it the same way I am, you will prolly need to tweak your monitors brightness. My monitor is pretty dark the settings are as follows:
Gamma- 1.2, Brightness- 6, Contrast- 50. The brush as a font..i don't think was a good idea. The brush isn't consistent. Like on the left end.

Is it supposed to be wind or something? It's all pretty messy and doesnt add a good effect. Try again.

Not bad but better then u.u dont even do gfx idk wut ur doing in here rating other ppls work when u cant do jack better. And dont give other ppls tips u dont even know how to use photoshop urself let alone start it.
