Does anyone have any suggestions to get rid of the lag problem

.....Did i post this in the right place ???

Also in the options the screen for the options shakes and it looks like its having a seizure.

For now there is no real way of getting rid of lag, and I have never heard of the option screen shaking. Next time post ur problems in the bugs and problems section ;)

You can't get rid of lag but there are some things you can do to help make it lag less.

- Don't run any other programs while playing the game.
ex: Photoshop, winamp, kazza or what ever you got on your computer.

- Don't download anything
ex: Music or games.

- While playing the game go to the options screen and turn the background and music off.

- If you've just downloaded something or used photoshop flash or kazza or any other big programs. Restart your computer.

Can't u read,it is in bug and problems,get your facts right before u post ???

if you have a old pc and you have 56k so the onlt thing you can do is open only the game but still you will have alot of lag
but if you have new pc and you want lass lag so try not to download some thing or dont open alot of web sites so you will have little lass lag but the most lag is only form the pc!

That's pretty much it. Try to have as little stuff open as possible, don't download ANYTHING else at the same time as playing, & also try turning your screen res as far down as possible (I play on 640x480). Oh, and turn the music & backgrounds off, & tick the 'sync hyper moves' button on the options panel.

why is reducing the res to 640x480 helping to reduce the FPS issue ?

the best thing to keep in mind is not to RESIZE the original window and let it in its original size ! that way any problems relating to your FPS will almost likely not be as big as it was !

now, think guys/girls !
LAG = the time it takes to the data to reach his destination and coming back to you with the answer... some likes to call that PING which is exactly it !

FPS = Frames Per Seconds, which means images per second that your computer is passing into ! do not put both in the same bag as they are very different.

for the LAG you cannot do anything about it ! it always depends on things we don't have access to ! that's why there is LAG in ALL games including those you buy at the store !

FPS is the only thing we can do something about it !
FPS ISSUEs are caused by your VIDEO CARD not being able to follow the graphics bandwidth !
example:
your CPU (processor) is able to do a lot of operations but your video card isn't all that good and your ram is somehow low. then the CPU rushes trying to bring the info to you but it all jam and the CPU is reduce to giving you the info you need in a lot more time then he normally would do !

what does it do...
you got IMAGES SKIPPING which is FPS ISSUEs !

to reduce those, you try to make just that application running that way you're sure that your computer ressources are all at this program discretion !

also, know that this game requires a 500mhz and more to actually play well in this game !
be sure to meet this requirement or you're gonna have a not so playable game on your end !

:p I usually get beat by lag but since the game is in Macromedia Projecter i dont blame VIPS
