I do Isshinryu Karate. It originated from the island of Okinawa(island off the coast of south japan). It is based on quick ,effective techniques, and styled stances.

Along with Isshinryu karate comes katas. Katas are basically moves and techniques that when put together can help u fight numbers of people (in different directions) and other things. There are also weapon katas. There is Bo(staffs),Sai(3 pronged sword/dagger), and other weapons.

Kumite is basically sparing. not much to say on it , just that u usually fight ur rank(or close to it) , size,gender, age.

Currently i'm a green belt in Isshinryu(from lowest to greatest it is, white,yellow,orange,green,blue,purple, brown belt(3 years of it) , then black belt(then when u become 9th degree black belt your a red belt(which is like a once in a live time event, few people are red belt) due to how hard it is to get.

I also know some judo, and some Nin Jitsu

5 years of Shotokan and 4 years of hopkido "tiger shark"

Hand to hand combat in this day and time is somewhat useless. Technology is just too advance for the human body alone be considered a deadly weapon...Unless ofcourse you're going 1on1 fist fight which is useless in itself...

i used to katate when i was like 7 till i was 12 i only had 2 more things an i was on black but i had 2 quit coz i moved hoem n i cudnt be botherd to carry on. but now ive found a kung foo class being held near me so im learning that now.

i do karate, ive been doin it 4 years and now i do Tai Kwan Do, weapons and how 2 defend against ppl with weapons.

thats totally untrue. I also learned knife skills , i can also disarm a person with a gun and a knife and turning it totally against them. I know how to pin some to the ground just by using my arm and the force of my body. I know how to break very vital joints of the body structure.

6 years of kenpo karate, started when i was 8. When I turned 14 I started focusing more on school and finding a job but I still do exercises once in awhile.

I dunno a thing about martial arts. but I watch mind body and kick ass moves. They visited this chinese guy whose the last of a line of ninja lasting 500 years. This guy even uses a gun and killer katana. They also met these martial artists who can "summon" spirits of "ghosts" of dead warlords and "gods". After summoning thes "gods" they could break bricks with their hands, lie on glass, and even shove the pointed ends of spears at their throats and push so hard that the spears actually bent over. And zpower technology is not that advanced yet, people get mugged on the street at close combat range, and martial arts are widely used around the world.

my brown belt in dec.

Chad is right I learn that its something with a bone near the shoulder just apply pressure on it and there hand gets loose.

I did Ikuzo karate for my whole life and still do it :D

@genkai out of curiosity (since u sed u take an okinawin karate ) do u do katas? like right now i'm on seiuchin. since u sed u were testing for brown belt, i'm sure u heard of Kusan-Ku or SunSu

because i know the essence of ninjitsu and u dont lug around really that many weapons, most of it is unarmed combat and playing dirty. In one move ifur on ur back u kick ur enemy's knee and throw dirt, sand,rocks (etc) , in the person's eyes and run away. Most of ninjitsu is based on deception to your enemies,and the way your stance is towards your enemy. And ifur such an expert on what ur saying why did u use the word unknown like 3 times? Wouldn't atleast know what ur talking about

What kind of Ninjitsu are you talking about? The essence of Ninjitsu revolves around you using whatever you have at your disposal in a smart, proportional way without wasting as much of anything as possible. It has very little to do with throwing random objects at a person. That's just primitive, not to mention Street Fight-like, self-defense at its worst. What you were talking about, is the essence of fighting techniques having to do with defensive, evasive, and fake-out maneuvers. Or, if you put "stance" into a different context, you could be talking about the beginning point of a martial art. Either way you look at it, the secrets and essences don't quite seem to add up.

??? U seem to know a whole lot about ninjitsu kinda makes u wonder......hmmmmmmmmmmmm.................

well anyhow true martial artist dont brag about what they have learned they dont wish it to be known to others that they posses the skills necessary for self defense or enhanced fighting reflexes. judging by what i read about chadwickton id say ur an amateur headstrong type of person that dosent really think before they act or say somthing that they r fueled by the emotions that they feel greatest at the heat of the moment hmmmmmmm interesting....................................... ..........this is a great way to get sharpen up my writing skillz keep this is mind..........the greatest weopon a person can have is the element of suprise. :buttrock:
